I will NOT GO to this Hardee's again, it was disgusting days old meat and buns. This is what I got for a double bacon cheeseburger, a half piece of cheese and a pickle with rubber meat. They couldn't do anything for arguing between employees. DON'T EAT HERE. The only reason it has a star is because that's the only way to leave a review. NO STARS FROM THIS FORMER CUSTOMER!!!!!!

First time trying Hardee's in nearly 15 years and will not be going back. Way too overpriced, location looked grungy, and the food was absolutely terrible. Didn't order anything special but it all tasted bad and old. Very disappointed that so much money was spent and was unable to consume 90% of the order. Do not go here!! Tried going through the drive through. After about 5 minutes No one came to take my order. I was dep Bating if they were even open because there were no cars in the parking lot. Place was in need of cleaning up as well. I was going to pull around and go in. But as a parked in saw a guy through the drive through window smoking and that was enough for me to leave and not come back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give it a 0 in all I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN THERE. The people were very rude. I should of seen the red flags on it being 330 on a Sunday and it was absolutely dead. But I still gave it a shot. I ordered 3 Frisco meals for me and my family. ALL IF OUR BURGERS WERE BURNT AND I DONT MEAN A LITTLE I MEAN THE WHOLE BURGER. ALso very very dry. And the fries were not good either they only filled the container not even half way full. You guys need to do better or if you hate your job that bad then you need to quit. This is ridiculous what I paid and was served ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. and that's exactly where the food ended up. Which is really aggravating because of how expensive it is just to live these days. COME ON PEOPLE DO BETTER. And do you think this will make a difference I'm sure not. My burger had a rotten piece of lettuce in it. Gross! They should care more about the quality of their food and their customers health. I hate that at the drive thru they make you park your car and wait for them to bring out the food to you. They no longer have onion rings, so they should remove that from their sign. I ordered the same Frisco Burger in Belmont the week before, and it was really good. I ordered it here, and it was disgusting. It was overloaded with the nastiest mayo that I ever tasted. I could not finish my meal. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We were in this location during the day the 1st time. There were three associates working. The young man behind the counter was polite and the store was Slightly busy but needs to be cleaned. Visable dirty floors and apparently short staffed .Our food was good on this occasion. But 10/13 my husband came through the drive thru at 7:00p.m. He ordered 2 hamburgers which were $10.98 and he ordered a 10 piece Buffalo strip which was $10.99. He went thru the drive thru. When he got home Our burgers were sloppy ,cold and big hunks of onion ( not slices) and the meat was hard .The chicken strips only had five actual strips of chicken about 3 inches long and five pieces of " breading" not even an inch and a half long and were as hard as a rock! I don't know if someone called in sick or what happened but when I tried to call the store to speak to a Manager no one would answer the phone and it goes to a recording that says it's unable to take a message because the mail box hasn't been set up yet. We want a full refund and I will be calling Corporate to report this incident. This store was not well stocked at the beverage center the afternoon we went in and needs serious cleaning. However the young man at the counter was polite and trying very hard to get orders out he seemed frustrated. We thanked him for coming into work that day as it was on a Sunday around 2p.m. I also will be calling the Health Department to check this place out. I don't think they are" breaking the soda machines down and cleaning the " heads" . It's hard to get and keep good help when the ones who are worth keeping aren't paid enough. Pee all on the floor in the bathroom, little girl taking order has no customer service at all, she looked bothered, and the fries tast old like they been sitting for 15+ minutes prior. Wow no tea , at rush hour . The employee did not know who he worked for and he did not know the GMS name . I worked for BNE a long time , 14 years ago and Margie would have never let this happen . I hate that such a great place is not up to par .
