Acceptable customer service but not overly friendly. The bottom piece of bread on my roast beef sandwich was completely soggy. The pickup window counter doesn't look like it's been cleaned since the store opened.

Good service from friendly, helpful staff. Clean looking store. Just wish the food was hotter and fresher. Got the Frisco breakfast sandwich and feel like it had been sitting for some time prior to being served. Tots could've been hotter too. I got a sausage egg biscuit and it was cold. I took the egg completely off and the biscuit was so hard around the edges I had to break it off. I was very disappointed in the food and the lady that took my order wasn't very friendly either. I don't think I will be going back. Drive through is slow and the ladies working the window are very rude sorry to say they need to put them in the kitchen away from customers if they are going to be rude. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

I've been here a hundred times but when I last went, the parking lot was packed. I dreaded walking in for fear there'd be a huge line. There was no line. The staff had managed to get probably 30 orders done for a group of gentlemen having a weekly meeting amd we're ready when we came in. The cashier was helpful amd explained the new items and menu changes. We ordered and waited probably 4 minutes for our food to come out, which was freshly prepared and tasty. The reason I keep coming back to this particular location Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
