Typically in the past, I would drive past Hardee’s daring myself to stop. However, I've been wanting a good ole “Steak and Cheese Biscuit”. This morning the drive-thru lane was overflowing and appeared to be moving at a slow pace. I decided to be dropped off at the front door and run in and place my take-out order, being that there were only two people in line, (1) one had just got the order and met me coming in. (2) And the second person was placing their order. I observed miscommunication between the drive-thru staff in the kitchen and front front line with the kitchen too. The cashier was struggling with cashing the order out and witnessing the frustration of the employee and the customer. Finally, the order was cashed out. I placed my order, with ease. Only about 10-12 minutes later. By the time I exited the Restaurant drive-through line was not overflowing. The wait was not impressive, but the biscuit was not overcooked, and cooked to perfection, steak was cooked wonderfully well too! Brian in the drive through in the early mornings is the main reason i go there and not Bojangles across the street or any other place. He is always polite calm and collect and in a good mood. Well he doesn't show otherwise. Awesome guy and I wanted him to be acknowledged for his great customer service! Its almost impossible to find that in 2024 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually, breakfast is good here. This morning, I ordered a chicken biscuit. Didn't realize until I got back on the road that it was cold. The staff there is super friendly. Usually a great place. Getting ranch with my order sometimes feels impossible. They will close down anywhere from 8 ta 10 even though they are meant to close at 10 ive driven up at 8:20 and been turned away. If it is an order anytime after 5 the service is almost nothing. You can't get their attention if they messed up and I've had to honk or drive all the way around to try and get it corrected. Please do not let your app allow people place orders and charge for food when the restaurant is closed. The manager was very understanding and gave me the food after this happened to me on Christmas Eve Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Much improved experience over a year ago. Biscuits are fresher, customer service is great. Someone figured out that Hardee's has always been a meeting spot for retired people to socialize in the morning and made them feel more welcome. Customer service not friendly, fries were extremely hard, my kid almost choked. Went back to get fresh fries, and they made them put packs of salt on back for me to salt them myself. They never have much business, so it's my fault for thinking this would be a good experience. Hardee's really used to be a nice quick spot to eat. This is what I got from Hardee’s east main when I ordered a platter! Why did u give an open face gravy just look at my food it’s a mess if no cups than say that cause I can’t read your mind I would have ordered something else!!! SMH I love my money I don’t need to waste it!!!

I went in and ordered chicken tenders they let me know that my co-worker got the last order and it would take a little while to cook some fresh ones. The manager checked on me and let me know that it was going to be a few more minutes, talked with us making it where it was very pleasant to wait giving some laughter . Ron the manager was great. Outstanding staff always smiling. Great customer service. The gentlemen that’s the General Manager is very nice and helpful. I live in Pauline and drive to 1806 East Main Street Hardee’s because of the great biscuits and the friendly staff!!!!
