So dissapointed the burger I ordered had a sour taste and the chicken wings had to be thrown away because it tasted like fuel. What a waste. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Bang for your buck at this little gem. Best chips I've had in a long while! Ordered to collect and food was still hot when I arrived. Establishment itself is quite small so if it is busy it will become cramped - better to order in advance and have them deliver or come collect yourself. I cant emphasize enough how amazing their burgers are! The flame grilled smash patties, the sauce, the garnish that is just the right amount. Everything comes together so well. Placed an order for delivery via WhatsApp. Delivery came about an hour after order placed. Order was Incorrect, part of order was burnt and weren't even spicy which I definitely ordered, and they forgot to add drinks to order which I made sure to mention. When queried about the missing drinks, recipient blamed driver for forgetting them. When complained about incorrect order and burnt food, recipient just plain our ignored my messages and hasn't responded. ' I think Rocos just lost a customer', was a matter-of-fact statement made by the earnest young lady behind the counter at Harlem Kitchen. This, after I had confessed I took an interest in their menu because of its similarities to Rocomamas. How far apart could a 'smashburger' be to a 'bashburger' after all? As far apart as the letter B is from the letter S. At Harlem, your attention is immediately drawn to the roaring log fire pit, where most of the cooking of the chicken, ribs and burgers takes place. Now cooking over fire may seem like a basic skill, but it is most certainly not. It requires concentration and deftness, coupled with many hours, even years of experience, in order to cook food well, and to order. She took as much pride in telling me that their fries are cut by hand, and that she does a fresh batch every day. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, as I would like to tell you that your pride is not misplaced, and your enthusiasm and customer care, is truly lovely. As promised, my pork ribs fell off the bone, tender and basted with just the right amount of sauce clinging to it. The two bashburgers looked the part (see photo) and was a juicy medium rare. The well seasoned hand cut fries, which I normally dunk into my own gochujang mayo, disappeared without even meeting my gochumayo. I think Rocos just lost two customers.

Customer service is terrible. You wait 45 mins for an order. Get told they busy but no food on the grill.

The kitchen is absolutely FILTHY. Garbage overflowing from the dustbin. I am shocked by the state of this restaurant, its absolutely disgusting. Wont be back.
