Where to start… This restaurant/brunch club has an interesting vibe when you show up. I went with 3 adults and 2 toddlers. The room is very well situated with a great ambience that gives a modern approach to the decor. Our total time for brunch with 4 plates and 4 drinks was 2 hours. Yes you read that right… 2 hours. The servers are not very attentive to their tables. We sat for 30 minutes before we placed a food order and sometimes drinks even took 20 minutes or more to get. There were still numerous of empty tables. The food is mediocre at best. Overly seasoned fries, over cooked waffle and a wrap that was drenched in salt and seasoning was not worth the wait. They have a Karaoke/DJ who doesn’t even sing karaoke. It’s hard to describe. He sings when he wants to but it’s just the normal song with him singing over the main vocalist. Other times, he is awkwardly holding the mic reading his phone. Our server was professional in every aspect even when we needed the check. The owner needs to pay attention to this place or it will for sure not last in Bakersfield. I would recommend this to a party that wants to start their bachelorette party in the morning or to anyone who has an abundance of time to kill and nowhere to be, also not picky with food. They have a full bar but I believe they missed the mark when it comes to brunch. Good luck but I will not be revisiting this place.

This restaurant is adorable. The best food and the best service we’ve had in days. We have eaten in 8 states in the last 7 days. Ethan, the bartender and our waiter, gave us great service. We had a fresh generous salad, a charcuterie board, delightful cocktails, amazing fries, the best quesadilla and the prettiest presentation.

Very good spicy chicken sandwich along with very well seasoned fries. They do have a good size patio and a smaller dinning room and bar area. Good spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

My husband and I had lunch here on a Tuesday, so it wasn't very busy. The service was good and I liked that it wasn't too loud. The food menu isn't huge, but what I tried was good. My husband had the paneer sandwich, and I had a patty melt. The fries were so good! His paneer sandwich was amazing and the patty melt was fine just not as great. Some Indian spices on the patty melt would be great.

Went for brunch on a Saturday. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The owner is super friendly and gave us great recommendations We will definitely go back.

The food was great and different. People were friendly. Took a while to get drinks and service. Would recommend the tri-tip appetizer. Would really like to try some of the drinks.

Wonderful dining experience. Quick friendly service. Maudie is great and Ethan is fun to talk to. Chris is just O.K. just saying. 5 stars plus. Treat yourself. Have a meal at Harrington House.

Great cocktails, food, and servers. Went for apps and enjoyed the samosas and the tri tip bites. Would recommend to anyone wanting a meal with Indian influences. 5/5

We are visiting from out of town and found Harrington house on Yelp. We are beyond satisfied. The food tasted so good. The drinks are top-notch with such good flavor. Thank you for the hospitality. We will be back whenever we come to Bakersfield ..😁

Breakfast was delicious, my husband got lunch, I stole one of his French fries, they were the tastiest fries ever. I loved their mimosa flight as well.
