We ordered a pizza and onion rings from across Auburn, up rt. 4, told would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived in 15, order not only not ready, it wasn’t even made, apparently forgotten about… I got 1 apology from one staff; the acting manager never even acknowledged the situation. This isn’t our first disappointment with Heathco’s. Luckily, our order was very good— onion rings were perfect, pizza made to order. ❄️

We ordered delivery and when the driver arrived only one item of our 3 was correct. He had me call the store while he waited and he confirmed to the girl on the phone named Emma that only one item was correct and that they needed to make the other 2 items. He told her he was going to go finish his other delivery and then loop back to pick up our other items. After he left I remained on the phone with the store and went loops and loops with them over our missing items. She stated that the rest of the order was there and when I asked her if she could make it fresh since it has now been sitting for an hour she stated it wasn’t made yet and they were making it. Needless to say, 40 minutes later when the correct food arrived our pizza was cold because it wasn’t freshly remade like she promised, and our sandwich soggy from sitting with oil on it for an hour. We didn’t get an apology or any offer to compensate us for the hassle, and were talked to basically like we were lying about not receiving our correct food even though the driver confirmed it with them for us. Before the new owner bought the place; I loved Heathco’s.. The food was delicious. The prices were decent. The employees who took my orders by phone were okay.. sometimes I had to tell them not to repeat my credit card information out loud after reading it to them. There were a couple employees who had extremely good customer service! And when I ordered take-out, I could also request stuff to be delivered from the store side; Like milk, chips and other random things and THAT really helped out after getting out of the hospital after a major surgery, when trying to drive to a grocery store was way too painful! And honestly, they still do most of that.. but the new owner raised all the prices way to high. I had to stop ordering food and buying store items. Your “restaurant food” cost more than food from an actual dine in restaurant like Longhorns and that’s just NUTS! An when I decided to get food from this place, I would always ordered A LOT of food and groceries from y’all.. at least 2 to 3 times a week and the bill was usually $60 to $70; but with your new owners price hikes.. it made my regular order damn near close to $100; I straight up refuse to shop at your store, I’d rather walk miles to a grocery store or restaurant to buy food an groceries. ✌🏻 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Excellent food your teenage acting staff are rude,unfamiliar with your products, take terrible notes and have the absolute worse customer service. The obvious disregard for the way you speak to people is astounding considering the high quality food.ive even had to ask several if they were alright as they seemed to high to function.but you can only bring it up so many times before we must part ways as customers. Sad day.DO NOT RECCOMMEND worst and slowest delivery ever!!

I wish I could give less stars to this. Tonight, I decided I’d treat myself and order for delivery, boy was that a mistake. I placed an order for a small pie and chicken fingers at 3:30pm, @ 6:30 pm I had still not received any food, so I called to just cancel the order and for some reason the store said my order was placed some time after 3:30 under a different name. She told me that they got the order and they were gunna send it out now, @ 6:45 as well as give me a refund, it’s now 7:30, and there’s still no food. The best Gluten Free sandwhich you will get anywhere! I got the steak bomb and was more than impressed with how good quality and taste it was. Definitely coming back! Food: 5

Thing is half the time it is so good! The other half it's like whoever is working just doesn't care. I know they get busy I'm okay with that but tonight was the last time. I'm elergigic to olive and guess what I'm siting in the er because I had olives on my sandwich. The other order we got also wasn't correct. Funny thing is we order once a week most of the time it is great which is why we spend the money. Not to mention we waited two hours.This is not a fast food restaurant. This is unacceptable. Not to mention the driver. Super rude. They only had one on which is why we didn't complain for the wait. I'm so disappointed. See instead of leaving a truthful review the last time I waited three hours and got spoken to so rude when I called I was told the manager will call within four days no call nothing but this place is expensive and our food should come timley and what we order. I apologize ahead of time for penmanship I am handling twin newborns and I am pissed and hungry and sitting in an er awayfrom them . Ever since the new ownership it has gone down hill. Used to love this place and now there is an issue every time we order. The online menu is never updated. It's really just a shame because we loved coming here even multiple times a week...with ZERO complaints. Now, it's just always a disappointment.

Heathco's is my go to place for cheesesteaks and pizza. Take it frm me, I grew up, spent most of my life a few miles from Philadelphia. So, I know Philly cheesesteaks, and Heathco's is the closest. The roll makes the sandwich, you agree? Heathco's gets its rolls from an Italian bakery in Mass. Not crapola Maine rolls. Sorry original Maineahs, but they suck, including Sam's baked on site rolls. I'd really like to give Heathco's 5 stars, but I can't, their slow delvery time prevents it. Average wait is 1 1/2 hours - sometimes longer. From cheesesteaks to pizza to gyros to haddock dinners and beyond everything I've tried at Heathco's has been well prepared and delicious! Just call for delivery 2 hours before you're hungry.
