Great selection of cigars, they have all types and brands from cheap ones to the most expensive ones. Services was ok I wish they would been a little more helpful since they do have a big selection and I was buying for my husband so didn’t have an idea of what to get exactly but both ladies were too busy talking to another customer and did not bother to ask if I needed help finding something.

Creepy gay older men hit on you here. It seems to be a new trend at cigar joints. I noticed this happening after the pandemic ended...well sort of ended. Men look at you, your body then when you are leaving they check you out and say where are you going? Very creepy.

I was in Riverside for business and decided to stop by a local cigar lounge for a smoke, I'm glad I did! I have been smoking cigars for around 25 years, I thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie in the Cigar community, and the HELIOS lounge exemplifies everything that I think the cigar community should be: well-managed, excellent selection, friendly and inviting atmosphere, and most of all...good and accepting patrons! Although I had never been to this shop before, I was treated like a valued customer...no judgement, no pretentiousness, just a bunch of people sharing the common love of cigars! I highly recommend this shop to anyone whether you are just looking for a cigar for the day or a shop to call home... Corey

If you enjoy cigars, relaxing with strangers, and exchanging stories then sit and listen. If you just want to grab go than by all means. If you are new or just can't decided what to try next, the friendly staff will gladly listen to your idea of what you're looking for and give a recommendation.

Visiting from out of town. Came in to watch the game and have a smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of cigars and the house sticks are great for the price. The other customers in the lounge were also very friendly and made this a great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to hangout.

I don't smoke cigars but went into Helios for a gift. I don't know the gentleman's name but he was identified by a very nice elderly gentleman as the Manager. I told him I had zero knowledge on cigars and what would he recommend. He briefly educated me on a few cigars and recommended a couple. The elderly customer gave the Manager a thumbs up on his knowledge and choices whenI asked how he did. I would highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to frequent this place should I happen to take cigar smoking in the future.
