Awful service. I had almost beggin to girl to serve us! We were hungry and our bus had just 5mins stop, so we rush to grab some cheese burgers. But server didn't wanted to understand Russian or English when I tried to explain that we have no time to wait - burgers was done already and we were first in the line. She became angry when i hurry her up, cos she took the payment and started to do something else but not packing our order which was 2 burgers! If u working in the bus station then u have to understand that peaple who rush must be served quick like we did few Days ago - there was very nice guy! But this girl i would fire! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is normally good however wait time over 10 minutes and then the burger is not hot is simply not good enough. Prices up a lot from last year when I came but the service and food has declined. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Service is good,and it’s easily communicate with each other in English while taking order. The dining area is clean and you can charge your mobile device in some seats. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

It is cheap if compared to Finnish prices but hamburgers are as good. Friendly service in English. Nice music was played on the restaurant.

Best!!! What else can be as good as hesburger! Cucumber mayonnaise on the burger is yummy!

Slow service, place is too small to sit comfortably anywhere. Ordered the chicken wings which were greasy and cooked in the same oil as the fires so it has a potato flavour which was disgusting. The fries were bland and no ketchup was offered or provided with the meal.

Very nice and friendly staff, meals were ready fast, unfortunately they do charge for sauces. Burgers are much better and cheaper than mc donalds
