Bad service at all, No body care for you specially for the customer at 8 pm, you’ll find most of the Items empty and when you ask the manager, you’ll get it’s not my business 😳, then you will waste your time and make your dinner with your family as a bad memory when you back home with no dinner. I came with my husband and children to the dinner for crab or steak but they stopped at 8 pm while the closing time 9:30pm. When I asked the manager he answered it’s not my business sorry, I cancelled mine and he doesn’t care for me as a customer, bad experience and sure well not back here again

Was my first time there...food was ok..nothing special. Service was good...they had a large party so they did a good job..was some confusion with getting ppls final checks right..but it worked put in the end. I think I would go there again.
I also have someone who reads reviews and runs back and tells people I am associated with...like the district on 3rd street..they goofy...if u leave a negative review and they know people you may know...they go back and tell them u left a negative review...now for real...its not so...but they did it to me...and if they have an issue with a review u reach out to the people or person who ledt if...and that review is aint go no where..to many other social platforms it can be posted on....
I was so happy that they had crawfish which I love, they serve a great variety dishes.

The food here is okay, I genuinely prefer the one on Paxton street in Harrisburg. One thing is there are a lot of options here and it is close to a lot of stores nearby which is slightly convenient if you were in the area and hungry. The hibachi chef was kind and made my food fast. They did accommodate our large group in there back room we appreciate that. There was almost 50 of us.

Wonton Soup
The food is not fresh! The steak had been sitting for a long time and was dry and discolored. The prawns were stinky and then fried to cover up the taste. The sushi rice has turned sour and continues to be served. The carpet is dirty, strongly not recommended to eat here!

It was better a few years ago, but I suspect it has changed hands and gotten more expensive to operate.
Take my review with a grain of salt - I came in a large group after a funeral service on a weekday at lunch time, which may be a non-optimal time. While we got our drinks quickly, most of our group was not provided refills, and plate collection was very slow.
The food was all fine. Everything was well prepared, and was reasonably seasoned. Trays were kept filled reasonably well, and nothing was dried out or burnt from having been out too long.
Overall still a fine, reasonably priced buffet that I have fond memories of, but not a 5 star experience.

The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was pleasant up until the manager decided to discriminate against me for my service dogs which weren't even noticeable unless you saw us walking. The fact that I have to fight for my right to go and get my food because the manager does not understand the federal ADA laws and won't listen/doesn't care when I'm trying to calmly explain the ADA laws is extremely upsetting as is claiming he had a guest and would be back which appeared to be a lie on both accounts.
Being asked not to go to the food bar because of their presence or leave them behind at the table where they can't even do their job is at best dehumanizing at worst dangerous to my health. If my service dogs had been poorly behaved I would have understood and taken them out before they could have even said anything, however standing there quietly watching me (their handler) and keeping an eye on their surroundings is not poorly behaved it's them simply waiting patiently making sure I don't end up in an episode that could result in injury or worse.
Afterward, my husband attempted to politely request the manager's name which he adamantly refused to give. He then claimed my service dogs were a direct endangerment because someone could swallow dog hair and choke to death (not kidding) to which my husband politely explained endangerment is in regards to the dog's direct actions, not their presence. At this point, the manager claimed my husband smelled bad so he (the manager) could kick us out for that. The manager was beyond unprofessional, rude, and aggressive making me feel unsafe and threatened.

It was our first time at Hibachi Buffet Harrisburg, place is clean with a nice mini Koi pond indoor. There’s plenty of food choices including a made to order Hibachi. We were surprised when we got the tab, the price isn’t something you’ll see in NY for a buffet for 4. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the waitress/server has poor customer service.

We were here on a Sunday and it was busy meaning food was fresh and kept coming. We loved the food here as it was fresh and plentiful. Never was the buffet empty, the staff kept refilling it. The hibachi grill was great, there are lots of sushi and all the regular food in a buffet but they were tasty and fresh. Staff were attentive. There is ice cream as well. Overall a good buffet.

Food was just average with the standard Asian buffet selections. Sushi was a disappointment with few selections and nothing was labeled. So I couldn't partake because I have a salmon allergy and the person making the sushi couldn't answer my questions. Also, dessert selection is extremely slim. Highly recommend the peanut butter crispy chicken! Service was excellent!! The place when we went was very busy (Sunday at 1pm).
