I ordered a plate from this restaurant today and received HALF a order,even with the extra rice,it was still HALF a order..Enough for a toddler really..I called the restaurant and one of the workers refused to acknowledge that my order was not full..I get the same thing Everytime I go,Ik how my order is supposed to be fixed or rather how it’s fixed Everytime I go..He also told me to bring the bowl back up there and I explained to him that I could not at the moment but I could at 7/8 this evening once my husband is off..thats 4/5 hours from now..that’s ridiculous when the food could’ve just been made correct from the jump.Very nonchalant giy and kept referring to how “he gets his plates“ well maybe next time fix everyone’s plates how “you get yours” and there won’t be any complaints. Amazing food! Steak and shrimp is the best and their crab Rangoons were the best I've ever eaten! Big portion size too and great prices. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I took a bite and I feel something scrape my gums. Please please tell me why I pull a piece of plastic out off my mouth. Normally don’t have a problem with the food but this did it for me .

I have not had a bad experience here yet. I've enjoyed this place for over a year now. Even with staff changes, food and service remain intact. I even tested the curbside and got good swift service. Great, quick Japanese food. There ain’t many places that are “fast food” with awesome quality like this. Customer Service was very accommodating and the eating area is extra clean.

The food used to be good but the last 2 times I went, very disappointed. The rice seems old and clumped together, steak and shrimp was dry.
