Excellent food and pleanty of variety quick service prices $$ but worth it, We 2 people spend about $70 everytime we go in, nice atmosphere. There is only one problem lately I've noticed that everyone is just standing or sitting in the back of the counter when it's slow and the tables are sticky they condiment containers are so filthy they need to clean more properly. Customer service is always good.. I recommend eating here, I know I'll be back. Hiccups is inviting and the staff leave much to be desired from not being greeted the moment you enter to the slow turnaround. The food which should be the one saving grace falls short of the authentic taste the a few other non-chain Vietnamese restaurants hit on the mark. Been here about 7 times. Food very delicious 🤤 smoothies with boba’s 🧋 and milk teas with boba’s 🧋 excellent and the churros are freshly made. Recommend just keep on mine everyone has different tastes. I am a big fan of (plain) pho and today me and my boss decided to go to Hiccups today for lunch. I had only ever had their churros while he had gone a few times with his wife. It was around 11:30ish so the place was pretty quiet. I decided to order the lunch special of beef brisket and meatball pho (just $9.99). The bowl they serve is quite large which was a pleasant surprise. However once I got the bowl I realized pretty quickly that a lot the pieces of brisket were almost pure fat, see pic below. Now I'm not an expert on beef in pho as its the first time I've ever ordered it but clearly there's a discrepancy as other pieces were the opposite. I decided to try it anyways and it was decent enough, but the meatballs were kind of a disappointment as they were a little rubbery. The broth and noodles were good enough as far as pho goes though later on it didn't sit well with my stomach. Another small thing but something that annoyed me a bit: they give you smaller, plastic cups if you want water to drink, which is just as about all I drink and I drink a LOT. And they give you one of those super wide straws that tapioca drinkers use, which wouldn't really bother me but they give you smaller, crushed ice so each time I drank from the straw I would get pieces of ice in my mouth. I want to chew my food, not ice! Overall this is a decent place with a good lunch special, but nothing out of the ordinary. this is my second time here, my first time was such a great experience, other than some sticky tables. i had ordered a taro smoothie and it was so delicious, sweet, and flavorful. however, im here for a second time and ordered the same drink, along with some food, and its completely different. the drink has no flavor at all. i asked if it could possibly be remade, they said id be charged for a whole other drink. I ate here with a friend because we were craving dessert and our sweet tooth was satisfied here. There is plenty of parking out front in the small plaza. The design of the place is modern and very clean. The restrooms are also comfortable and well maintained. Lovely and affordable menu as well as friendly staff. I would come back to try other things on their menu. I recommend this spot for churros or if you're needing a sugar fix! One of my top 3 pho spots! I get the baby Pho Beef Back Ribs 95% of the time but shrimp fried rice is good too. Customer service is excellent. They have a clean facility and when I order online, the food is still fresh and warm. Lastly, it’s never too loud or overpacked. Just the right amount of people to be able to enjoy your food. Food waa good, my drink did not taste like I thought. I got the Lychee Berry tea. I also had the chicken Pho. My husband had the 10 piece mango habanero wings and said those were good. Food is decent, if a bit pricey. Business practices leave much to be desired. I just got through spending 60 dollars for 2 people, and when the food came out, I asked them to make a to-go order for me and we'd pay soon. Soon being after we finish our meal. I already know their service is slow, so I was trying to save time. I finish my food and send my wife up to pay for the to-go, and I get told, "we don't make the food till you pay for it" I asked her why she didn't tell me that, and she said she thought we were going up their sooner. The food isn't tasty enough for these prices and the level of disrespect. I just paid 60 dollars, did you expect me to walk out without the food I asked you to make? I was going to leave a 3 star... Finally decided to try this place since we were in the area and it was a hit!! The food is so delicious, me and my husband ended up sharing the orange chicken and the fruity churro bites and we couldn't even finish we were so full! The drinks are so good too.
