Went to Highgate Wine Estate for a work function and it was fantastic! Lovely venue, delicious food and the staff were very accommodating. Beautiful location for some fun team building!

The warm welcome by the hostess Tyler sets the tone for the entire visit. The attention to detail in the building structure and each individual space and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best I have experienced. Will highly recommend this beautiful hidden gem to anybody that visits the Meander. The food quality is 10/10 - small menu but well put together by none other than Lynne Holding and her very talented chefs that work behind the scenes. Look forward to my next visit very soon Highgate Team!

This place is nice for chilling and relaxing. My brother and I enjoyed being in this place. Their presentation of their wine cellars,umbrellas just invites you more to various sections of this wine estate

Excellent art exhibition tastefully curated by Christopher Till. Beautiful setting in Highgate Wine Estate in the Midlands. Well worth a visit.

It was enjoyable,clean but not private enough for our family celebration that we had, due to other people who kept on passing by the venue we used going to toilets. That so distractive. There were no tap water jugs on the tables. We should have bought and provided ourselves. I enjoyed the food I ordered but other family members had a problem with lamb, it was hard according to them. Overall it's beautiful place and nice environment away from the city.

The wines were okay and not too bad at all. Food was absolutely amazing. Overall ambiance, I enjoyed and absolutely loved this place how I wish they had b&b. The staff was amazing, very efficient and friendly.

We booked a table for 7 ladies prior. As soon as we got there Lynn the Host or Manager was so unwelcoming towards us. Firstly, one of our girls who was in with us went to take pictures outside barefoot and Lynn came to our table and “reprimanded” her for not having her her shoes on. For one the approach was unbecoming and so rude, understanding that there might be a certain dress code that they are trying to maintain but the way that she approached us was not warranted . Secondly, the table we had had reserved for us was too hot and we wanted to get another table on the other side of the restaurant and as we are asking the possibilities of how we can manoeuvre the situation after asking about the menu adjustments and moving from one side to the other and she says “I’m doing my best here!” This is so unbecoming for someone who is supposed to host and be receptive to their guests requirements. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever and I’m going to tell everyone I can tell that this place is not accommodating, to be direct Lynn is the worst host I’ve ever encountered.

Good day I hope this message finds you well . I have written this message to inform you about the awful treatment we have received from your manager. The food and the service we received from the waitress was perfect but when we had to pay for the bill the was an error on the bills a massive amount was added when we questioned it the manager was not polite. She didn't apologize to us we almost paid a wrong amount she treated us awful I wish we could speak to someone incharge I will never go back to that place and I would never recommend it's to someone.

One of the most beautiful boutique wine estate to that I have visited. The service was absolutely outstanding! On arrival we were greeted by the most gracious lady by the name of Tyler and her beautiful team of ladies. I must applause them on their knowledge of their in house wines and history of the farm. Exceptional service and great wine. Definitely will visit again.

Visited twice, 4 months apart, and on both occasions, was unlucky to not be able to do a wine tasting, due to the ban on alcohol. I did tour the vineyard and cellar - Thornton, a super cool guy, was very informative and taught us quite a lot about the farming and winemaking process. The restaurant is fine and offers good service in a lovely setting. I recommend!
