Great cozy little spot in Milford! Friendly owner, delicious food. My friend and I got the two empanadas and one side option for 14.99. The sides we chose were the fried spiral potato on a stick. It's a whole potato! The empanadas were expertly fried and delicious. They have a large variety of fillings to choose from. I probably could have eaten like 10 of them but then again, I'm a glutton. The empanadas were delicious, but for seven dollars apiece they are extremely small and barely fill a cavity. Very disappointed in the Potato spiral. We were immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the owner. I had the mushroom + caramelized onion empanada and my daughter had the beef empanada. Both were made to order and so flavorful. Get the sweet potato fries and homemade iced tea; you won't be disappointed. The owner and her daughter were so kind and patient with us. Stopped at HiQ Empanadas today and was very impressed. The empanadas were so tasty and unique. My family especially loved the mushroom & caramelized onion, jerk chicken, and cheesesteak. The pastry was so fluffy and not super oily at all. We also tried the hiQ spiral which was a really fun treat. Needless to say, we will be back for more treats. The empanadas are insanely delicious and they're SO unique! Crispy on the outside, so tender in the center and perfect flavor. Every flavor was delicious and the Hi Spiral is recommended. The empanadas are amazingly delicious. Unlike other empanadas that I've had, the dough is so light and flaky. They also offer a lemon tea that is absolutely delicious. The owner, Kim, and her daughter, Summer are lovely, warm and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience here, which made my day. I highly recommend a trip to High Quality Empanadas, even if you have to travel a bit to get there. It's well worth it!

Very small little place that we just came by from google maps - and so happy it popped up. everything was delicious - g the he empanada dough was delicious and not greasy at all - the fillings were great and the dipping sauce was so unique. the hi spiral potato had amazing seasoning on it and the homemade iced tea was delicious.
