We had devilled and grilled prawns, they both tasted delicious, price was a bit cheaper than in other places. You wait for food longer time, but it's all freshly made by cook.

Third time this year in Tangalle and this place serves the best food consistently. Dinu knows how to maximise flavours and never disappoints! Try the egg hoppers, veggie curry or grilled fish.

Fantastic, homemade dinner, served by a really nice family. There is a bit of waiting time, but you can be sure that your food is freshly made. Very reasonable price. I'm happy we came here for dinner 😊

we took grilled fish with salad and rice.
it was perfect. grilled really well, good slaad, rice was cold but tasty as well.
lassi from mango and pinaple was not bad.

Amazing grilled prawns in a very tasty sauce, together with salad and rice. Very sweet owner and a great cook Dinu 🤗 I highly recommend this place with a perfect ocean views 🌊

Beautiful food, and Dina prepares everything fresh. I've eaten here everyday for nearly a month, and have never had a bad meal. I highly recommend this place and please support this young family!

After reading some reviews I got excited about this place, but sadly I was utterly disappointed by the quality of thr food, the fish was dry but thr portion was good, thr veggie noodles had no veggies only mini pieces of onion and carrots and something green, the chicken fried noodles had little chicken and the noodles weren't fried and tasted like it csme from a can. The view was nice and the service was relatively quick.

We loves this place. One of our best meals in Sri Lanka. Dinu really knows how to cook beautifully simple dishes that pack a punch. We came here for dinner and then back again for breakfast. Don't come to Tangalle without visiting this wonderful family ran cafe. Her little kids that play in the cafe will warm your heart as much as her perfectly spiced dinners.

I had there the best Prawn Rotti in Sri Lanka! ( I couldn't even count the number of prawns)Very tasty family restaurant in Tangalle!
