Hogar was recommended by a friend but unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience. We had two main problems: slow and inaccurate service, and unfriendly attitudes from 2 out of the 3 employees we interacted with. It's a shame because the food was tasty, but not worth the experience.
It was not busy but they forgot one of our drinks, and the chicken burrito came without ANY of the listed ingredients aside from chicken (it was missing sour cream, beans, guacamole, etc.). We weren't demanding and were polite when we asked about the missing ingredients. Our direct waitress was very sweet but the two other people we interacted with (one seemed like a shift manager) made it clear from their body language and expressions that they didn't want to be dealing with us.
Super clean place. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is calm nd comfortable, breakfast is the best in this area and the price is just great - 215 and 245 tl for 2 persons. Serving is very nice, Hatice hanim, the waitor, is a very pleasant person. Definitely worth visiting.
