Holiday has gone steadily down hill since Circle K bought it. The car wash is either broke or the line is 7 or 8 cars deep. The pumps are frequently broken, the payment methods outdated, and lines long inside. The exception is Tina, she is the bright light of the place.

Rude employees. My brother went in to put $20 on my card for gas, and while he was in he picked up something for himself that he paid for in cash. He asked the cashier to put $20 on card for gas, and to purchase his stuff separately with cash. Cashier said "you've got a 20 right there, just give me that". My brother told him no, and cashier said "whatever", then proceeded to take his full $20 in cash and put the $2 on my card. I went in there myself and asked for the issue to be resolved, (charge $18 to my card, and give me cash so I can repay my brother), and I was immediately met with rudeness and hostility. "It's not gonna happen", after already being sworn at. Whether it was incompetence or lazyness, I don't care. Issue never got resolved, and I will not be returning. Thanks for the unexpected extra trip to the bank tomorrow. At least I have the gas to do it now.
This is the second time in the last couple weeks that I've come in here and was not treated well. today I came in to get a pop and a snack and when I got up to the counter the gal checking me out did not say one word to me the whole time I was at the counter, she just continued to talk to her coworker about fast food wrappers falling out of her car and how she probably should clean it while she checked me out. Didn't even bother to read me my total nothing. So I marked bad on my experience here. How hard is it to put your conversation on hold for two minutes while you do your job.
This is, without a doubt, the best gas station in Billings. Friendly service, clean store, great selection of snacks and drinks, and the attendants remember you and welcome you, unlike that sad excuse of a "gas station" of this chain downtown on 27th street that should be bulldozed and have a monument to some local civil rights leader put there in its place to replace the garbage excuse of store which now resides in that spot. If only the management and clerks of that store had the sense to run their store like the fantastic clerks at this store, instead of insulting customers and turning a blind eye to the loitering that is destroying the downtown Holiday. I only have one thing to say about the Holiday on Grand that I wish they would bring back, and that is the A&W. :( I miss going there for lunch, but at least the awesome station is still here. Keep up the good work, and tell the staff at the 27th location to get their act together.

I was employed at the store #87. In November 2019 I was discreamtion by Greg the store manager and I walk out after what happened. I proceed to call the corporate office, district manager Greg b, and regional manager Valarie. The only person returned my call was Valarie and I told her what was going on and she said she will forward it to Greg b who is the district manager I waited for him to return my call and never did. That following weekend I spoke to Alex who is the assistance manager she told me that she is not getting involved cuz she said she don't care about the store. So I kept working everyday I was worry about it gonna repeatedly of discrimination. I got into argument with Greg the store manager so I contacted my other friend and she introduced me to Valerie the regional manager and I spoke to her she has told me to set a meeting for following Monday at 3 pm so that day I showed up for the meeting but didn't meet up til about 310 or 315pm. Greg Valerie and I met in the back room and she told me that we have only 15 min and be quick so I was not able to to get all my expressing. I was not happy about it. When I was first hired in May 2019 Greg was told I can only work 25 hours aweek due that I was in strict on income in September came and several people quick and short on people I told him I can do a full week only he had me on 40+ hours all the way till til end of December I was struggling tired. In Jan several people went on vacation and we were short on staff. I was struggling with my job I went into my depression really bad I ended up quiet my job and yes I was was so mad I ended up throwing soda at the employee. I have called the corporate almost everyday the day after I quit my job I texted Alex the assistance manager and explain how the store failed to protect there employees and and she never responded back the only person who responded the the text was her husband who work at the store 108 which near the Sam's club has threatened me. I called Greg the store manager Greg and he ask me to send that text to him so I did. Two employees told me that Greg want to talk to me so I called Greg and he said he want me to come in so I came to the store at seven am went in the back room come to find out he wasted my time and told him that I am taking one of the employees with me. As we walk out of the back room I told one of the employees to quit his job he said let him finish out his shift that day and as I walk out the door five min later mike walk out the store and told me that he heard Greg told one of the employees that he said thank God I don't have to deal with the deaf guy so he did quit his job. On October 3rd I had emergency surgery and brought the not in saying what I am restrictions and Greg got upset with me but Greg and alex did not follow the doctor order. I saw Valarie couple a days ago I told her what was going on and she said she used all the resources to help me which it was a lie I told her that she don't care about anything and all she wantnis money and she turn around told me that is true so I left the store.

Even though there are always a couple of cashiers, I have never seen more than one of them run a till. The wait line is always 6 people deep. Seriously, don't stop here is you are planning on going inside. Service takes a long time.

Is place was great Derek and Jennifer were really helpful and got us LP even though their pump was not working well. This is a great station. It has a black water dump and water fill.
Pumps are never working. If they are working they don’t take cards. Often if you have a card you have to make two trips to the checkout. WASTE OF TIME. AVOID.
The carwash isn't as good as it used to be. When I took my car in, it smeared the dirt around and didn't do a good job rinsing. The dryer needs improvements too. It was almost like it never dried it.
Great place, helpful staff, well stocked, clean, fast sevice, Marquette well advertised, multiple options for coffee. Snacks. Some health option, open 24 hours, parking lot clean, available car wash, central location!
