This is, by far, my favorite bakery in Pueblo. The picture is an apricot scone that is better than any scone I’ve ever eaten. The sourdough is fantastic, the cookies, all of them delicious, and I can even get dog treats there! I’m terrible with names, but the young woman who helped me with dark hair and glasses is super friendly and is a terrific baker! Don’t miss out!

Sit down, strap in and hold on! Because one bite of the coffee cake is going to blow your mind and change your life. Don't get me started on the croissants... When the flakey, buttery goodness hits your taste buds you will question why you ever bothered to go to any other bakery. When it comes to baked goods, one place stands above the rest: Hopscotch! Very cute bakery. We stumbled by it and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and the friendly gentleman by the counter. I got macarons, lemon cupcake and a lemon square cookie. My friend got the Pike peak brownie, the love at first bite chocolate cupcake and the carrot cake. Everything I've had so far is delicious!! Even the lavender macaron was really really good. The lemon cookie wasn't too sweet or very lemony but had the right amount of tart. I would definitely get more of the macarons and that cookie. The lemon cupcake was not as loved as the other two. The center of the cupcake had a big splash of lemony goodness but it tasted artificial. The whipped cream was a little too much for me. I think I would eat this cupcake without the cream topping. The cupcake itself could also do with more lemon than it had. My friend loved her brownie and carrot cake but did not like the chocolate brownie. I will definitely be back for more macarons and that lemon cookie!

I have been going to Hopscotch Bakery for a while now. I normally always get a Pikes Peak brownie and a couple cookies. Today I went at lunch time and tried a sandwich. It is probably the best sandwich I have ever had. Pictured bellow, yummy!!!! Mary and her staff are amazing, always helpful and courteous.

What a cute place! Lovely people working in the bakery and some delicious sweets. There coffee was strong like their baking skills. I will definitely stop by any time I'm in town. Very friendly shop and highly recommended

Can't believe I've never tried this place before. It's amazing and I can see why my friends love it. Brought home Pueblo green chile caramel, a cranberry scone, chocolate chip pecan cookies and something like a honeymoon bar.i wish they had a place near us. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town next.

This is such an amazing bakery! The cupcakes I had were amazing, but it goes beyond that. The woman who delivered my surprise birthday cupcakes to my door was a godsend! She was super sweet and really made my day better. I recommend them 100%

Went in for birthday cake ideas and walked out with more than I could imagine! Birthday cake, cupcakes and homemade cheesecake were all a huge hit! Great experience all around! 🎂🧁🍰

Excellent bakery!! My husband and I got the best quiche and sourdough bread. And this orange beast thing wow my man loved it!! Thanks for a great experience Hopscotch bakery. We will be back.
