I love Hot Bagels & Deli, I eat there at least once a week and love their fresh bagel sandwiches for either breakfast or lunch. They have other breakfast plates available if you are really hungry. There are other bread choices available, too, if you want to skip the amazing bagels. Casual atmosphere that was just remodeled, great place for a quick bite to eat. The lunch sandwiches are amazing, and they are offered either hot or cold with chips and a drink for a low price. Hot Deli is definitely the place my family chooses to eat at when we are running around every weekend!!!

Bacon Egg and Cheese Onion Bagel Sandwich
Unfortunately with time goes, so does the customer service.
My wife & I have been going to this establishment for years.
The husband ( owner ) taking orders is consistently rude to customers.
Personally have been screamed at by the this man due to intentionally messing with my order not once but numerous times.
This mans wife had to step in and kick her own husband out of his own restaurant for screaming at customers with a bad attitude.
Shout out to the sweet wife holding the place together for this man because he's absolutely terrible at being genuinely nice to people.
Serving multiple customers that came after.. then not even calling order numbers and yelling at customers having conversations by the name of
“Hey you” .
If you have the energy to scream at customers you should probably get their name when they order..
From going almost every weekend to not even wanting to get food here anymore!
Even though the food is GOOD it is definitely not worth the type of service.
Save yourself the headache go somewhere that actually values their customers.
Not the type of vibe you'd want in front of children.

I’m so happy I decided to drive over to this place! The location is great and the service was even better! The cashier today, Rose, was so sweet and even helped me choose the perfect sandwich! The owner/manager Mario was also super nice and attentive. It was more than worth the drive from where I live! Also, thank you for the complimentary drink and chips! It was such a nice touch to top off the already perfect service. I will be back soon!
Hot Bagels & Deli has been our family's go-to breakfast spot for over 15 years. The employees remember you, greet you warmly and remember your order. The bagels and bagel sandwiches just cannot be better. Do yourself a favor and stop in.
Put bacon on the grill and cracked an egg fresh before he even had me cashed out! Sandwich was done before I could write this post! talk about fresh!!!
The other day I went in and placed my order, that I have been placing there for several months with the same cranky man. Plain Bagel, toasted, open face with cream cheese and strawberry jam. He said, "we don't do that." I said yes you do I've ordered it here, with you, multiple times. He again said, no we don't, what do you want? I said nothing and left. I do not understand why they can't/won't do an open face bagel. I went to Einsteins and was helped with a smile and thanked. They do open faced, toasted bagels with cream cheese and jam, no problem. I would really like to support a Mom & Pop business but apparently they don't need/want my business.
We just had breakfast at Ben’s Hot Bagels and Deli and I couldn’t wait to leave a review. Service was fast and friendly. Great menu and options. Bagels and bagel sandwiches were amazing! We had bacon egg and cheese as well as the Nova Lox sandwich - everything was fresh and hot/cold as expected. The bagels were exceptional and the cream cheese was fresh smooth and tangy just like it should be! We can’t wait to come back! Keep up the hard work!
For the 3rd time in a row, I ask for a plain bagel, toasted with jalapeño cheese. I never get the jalapeño cream cheese. They are not out of it because you can see it displayed but no matter how many time I ask for jalapeño cream cheese, I never get it

When they make it right its AMAZING. The bagles barely have anything in them too. Einstien bros is a more consistant option and preferable. Most of the time the bacon is barely cooked like unsafely undercooked. It ends up a waste of money. Even after we ask make it crispy its still not. We would go all the time if this wasnt a thing it sucks... The guy is super friendly though. ☹️☹️☹️
I just bit into it and bacon was so undercooked i hope i dont get sick 😳 🤢 not going here again...
