I was in one of two vehicles in the drive-thru and the vehicle in front of me was taking a while at the window. I would've pulled around to the other window if I could, but I assumed it was just taking a moment to get their order out to them. Five plus minutes later, the car pulled away and nothing was handed to the person in the vehicle. They appeared to just be visiting with the barista. I really love the other Hot Shots locations, but this one unfortunately doesn't seem to care much for people's time. I understand being friendly and holding a brief conversation with your customers, but this was excessive and didn't appear to be a paying customer. I ended up leaving when the car ahead finally left and went to a different coffee shop instead. Service Take out Meal type Other

Dutch fan here. Daughter likes you guys I gave it a shot. But ya see I'm a coffee lover... and yall use big train as your Frappuccino mix. Then I'm looked at like I'm crazy when I say put 4 espresso shots in it. And that's after the girl working the window couldn't tell what was what on the menu. Now I'll assume she's new. But will I be going back... no... if I'm going to pay $10 for a coffee it's going to be coffee.. not powder mix and milk. The staff are all so incredibly genuine and truly kind. The coffee is hands down the best in town and they have the only decaf that still tastes like a real espresso. This morning crew rocks! I never have to order, they know me and it shows. My coffee is ready the moment I reach the window,even if there are no cars in front of me. Way to make a customer feel special!

I've gone there for years, but within the last week I've gotten the same girl and she hasn't been friendly at all, almost annoyed. Plus, my rewards card is broken so they have to type in my number, and today I realized she hasn't been entering my number, so the 7 drinks I have bought I didn't receive any points for. Very disappointed lately with them.
