I started to love this place so much that it was my go to during my lunch break but now I am so disgusted. A day ago I ordered a lunch special kung pao chicken with fried rice and crab Rangoon’s and I noticed the rice looked like the chef slapped some soy sauce and that’s it. Well as soon as I was eating I noticed something shinning that I never seen before in there kung pao chicken and as soon as I picked it up it was a small GLACÉD ROACH!!🪳 I stopped eating immediately and threw away the rest of my food that I was feeling sick. The sad part is THE ROACH LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE FRIED RICE!!!👏👏👏 UGH SO NASTY!!! I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!🤢🤮🤮🤮 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food was decent, the service was amazing, and the price was about average. The portion sizes were smaller than I am used to, but probably a good thing since I'm fat. They made my wife's garnish fancy, but I think they thought I was a kid and didn't garnish my plate (prob by the sweet and sour sauce I dribbled on my shirt lol) Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Today I went to eat lunch and I found a roach in my hot oil…. Absolutely unacceptable totally disgusting. I should have taken a picture but my instincts were just to exit the building. Sad because I did enjoy this place will never ever have my visit again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

my mom had the veggie lo mein, I ordered the mongolian beef and my dad had some spicy beef that starts with an s. I like noodles so my dad and I ordered beef dishes with a side of noodles instead of rice but the noodles came in a separate box and were bland. you can mix them in with the food and it gives the noodles more flavor. my mom liked her veggie lo mein so much. I would come back just because she wants to but not because I loved the food. maybe the fried rice is better, i’ll try that next time. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Egg Roll
The wonton soup was bland. The wontons were just slimy noodles. The spring rolls were soggy. The fried chicken wings were disgusting. I threw out the entire meal. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Asian take-out cuisine is a great treat and way to wind down from, say, a hectic work week. So the food's pretty good. But the service can make that irrelevant. What utterly irks me is when I've placed an order about 30m to closing time and receive a call within 15m. Or, sometimes not quite near closing time. Don't need a house call that doesn't meet a rush p/u time standard. I usually won't answer my ph anyway bc that's annoying & unnecessary. I'm well aware and on my way. Those calls are in poor taste and come off as a little desperate. It's a small eatery & food costs are at skyscraper levels so I'm certain they want to make sure the tab on their meals aren't no-shows. I've been here a few times (never once missed a p/u order) within a reasonable amount of time. And considering it does take some minutes to safely get up these longer roads out from where I reside. A call isn't going to make me push the pedal to the metal any harder. *Calling *69 didn't occur to me but maybe that would've been an option (some businesses don't allow these calls). But it's more the principle. Feels like: Hot Wok's hurry-up harassment house calls. It's very off-putting & has me reconsidering where I will patronize for pick-up. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Sesame Chicken
I'm a frequent customer One time they forgot to put my side of rice in a takeout order. They said that I could get a free side the next time I came in and they seriously honored it. Like they had my name and number at the register waiting for me. I thought that was really cool. Most places would not go to that extent they would hope that you would forget. The waitress is great and the food is always hot and fresh. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered standard house fried rice, but requested extra bean sprouts. They charged an extra $2.00 for bean sprouts?! Then upon arrival, the portion was HALF the size of other comparable Chinese establishments, and they charge $12 for the smaller portion. THEN, I get back to my office, open up, dig in, and the rice is almost soggy or mush, and the beef wasn't cooked all the way through. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend it. 😒 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast to say they had just opened. Very reasonably priced. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
