Roadside family run small restaurant with some surprises. Don't mistake small for a lack of anything! The quality of food level, the service and kindness of the family is unbelievable. They serve mostly fish but you can also order a variety of pork and egg dishes. Of course the oysters are their speciality but the four of us enjoyed everything equally. The shrimps were BBQ'd in front of the shop. The family also owns the T-bird cafe and the aquarium/fresh fish shop in between which gives kids some room to go back and forth and see all the live fish swimming (and half of them ready for cooking). Parking can be done in front roadside. Pricing is very, very reasonable! Definitely worth a return visit. 10/10

For the amount of people that were patronizing this establishment, I sure was wondering why it was taking 42 minutes from time of order for my very modest order to come to my table. Even my can of ginger ale and cup of ice took almost ten minutes.
The answer to my question arrived in the form of several people, including Panda/Grab riders arriving to quickly leave with huge orders, whisked off to people in the know. You order ahead of time, and you eat at home. At home, you say? Yes. This restaurant is next to the very busy, and very loud Phetkasem Rd. There is nothing offered in terms of a view. You will only be subjected to loud engines and exhaust fumes.
We had oysters and they were okay. They seemed fresh. Each oyster came with a large piece of ice sitting atop the meat. Even then, the oyster was not chilled when I put it in my mouth. Just a little more than room temp. I didn't dig that very much. There was also a lot of shell shrapnel in each bite, and I was continually picking it out of my mouth. This won't be MY place for local oysters, but it did seem very, very popular with locals.
We also a plate of chicken pad graprou and it was very tasty, as was the plate of shrimp woon sen glass noodle salad. Good flavors and the shrimp were huge and juicy.
