Do not recommend egg drop soup. Wrong consistency and way too salty. The grill when not busy is best as the grill chefs take their time cooking your meal completely. If too busy they rush as it is expected. No fault on them just the nature of the beast. Wait staff are friendly and attentive. Drinks rarely stay empty. Different style of restaurant for sure. Located inside a mall. We were seated very quickly. I liked that we could get our food whenever we want but I as that was my first time I wasn't really sure what combinations were good. Nevertheless it was fun to experiment and try new things. Very cool and interesting decorations. The waitress didn't check up on us too often but was nice when she did. I had to call her over when I wanted more water. This was a great HuHot experience. The staff were friendly and the facility was nice. Our exciting building our meals was smooth and quick, and our meals were delicious. Place a order on HUHOT'S website for a Door Dash delivery. I didn't receive all of my food. Called Door Dash customer service. Told me that it was a deal between Door Dash and HuHot that the store would be responsible for issuing refunds. So I called HuHot. It took me over 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. Abe the store manager said that it was nothing he could do and Door Dash was responsible for issuing the refund. Called Door Dash back, told them what the manager said. They said that they tried to call the store but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Then Door Dash told me that since I ordered it on HuHot's website, I would have to deal with them to get a refund. Lesson learned. Won't be doing business with HuHot or Door Dash again.
