Hummus republic was super yummy!! Everything was super fresh and flavorful. The spices were fabulous. Everything we tried was amazing. The bowls, the sweet potato fries, and the chocolate tahini shake. We had great service! We will definitely be back! The food was delicious!!!! There are a number of options for those with dietary restrictions such as gluten intolerance and veganism. The price is entirely justified by how delicious and filling the portions are! The Moroccan steak was particularly wonderful! I'm honestly really glad to have this as one of the new businesses in Flower Mound. We’ve been at least 3 times now, and are never disappointed. Falafel and Pita chips are made to order. Just about everything else is made in house. My kids eat their veggies when we order bowls. This place is delicious and the staff is incredibly warm! I had the Street Style Sweet Potato Fries - AMAZING, and my girlfriend’s falafel in her pita was delicious as well. Healthy and filling food.
