Placed our delivery 6:39pm called the store at 7:35 to see where my order was spoke with Jermey who was extremely rude told him i was upset our food was late as it was supposed to be there within 40 mins. As soon as I explained to him why I was upset he hung on me. Of course I called right back asked for a manager and got Keagan who assured our order would be to us within the next 10 mins his delivery driver was running slightly behind okay no big deal. Here it is now 7:50 still no pizza so I call Keagan back who tells me theres nothing he can do to just wait it’ll be here when it gets here and refuses to refund my pizza tells me if I want a refund or to complain to contact the store manager in the morning. I again tell him I’m extremely annoyed my pizza has taken an hour and half to get here to just refund me just to be told there’s nothing he can do it’ll show up when it shows up. Our pizza finally shows up at 8:10!!!!! Almost 2 hours after ordering and of course it’s made incorrectly and cold. If I could give 0 stars I would! I guess if I had something good to say about tonight’s experience at least it was cooked. Horrible experience, horrible rude staff. Hopefully the owner does a turnover and has someone other then teens run his shop. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Been ordering here for years, and it's always good, staff is chill, it's just solid. Makes me wonder about these one star reviews, feels like if these were "real", I would have gotten a bum deal once in awhile, but I never have. Owner seems to want to answer for bad experiences, which is rare. I like this place, and the pizza is good.. Gonna keep coming here!

Absolutely trash! Didn’t answer the phone when I called so I placed an online order. I got my email which said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later to find out it hasn’t even been started yet. As I’m waiting for it to be made I watched 5 different customers have the same issue, some of which had waited for 30 minutes after arriving and their order still wasn’t started. Someone else got the wrong pizza. They ignored multiple calls and were very unorganized. It’s clear they are understaffed and need help. Pizza was cut poorly as well.

Decided to try Hungry Howies for the first time after getting a gift card (with activation reciept). Tried paying with the gift card, but they could not process it and blamed their new computer system. They did not offer any advice or do anything to help, just required full payment on my credit card and left me with a useless gift card. Pizzas are always reliable and good. The app is ALWAYS terrible. How in this day and age HH still has a terrible non-working app is ridiculous. Can’t imagine how many customers have been lost because they can’t make their app work. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Amazing ingredients at the Clarkston restaurant. Fresh mushrooms, high grade cheese, perfect dough. Just plain delicious food. Good job, in fact... great job. High 5! Although I don't recommended the wings, they smell and taste weird.

Subs were slightly undercooked, some areas of dough not fully cooked. Also ordered cheese bread, barely any cheese on it Very disappointed, won’t be doing business at this location again. Service Take out

This location is using a new nasty spicy sauce that taste nothing like hungry howies pizza sweeter sauce they have been using for years. Bread and pizza both overcooked and burnt as well... the bread now comes with this gross new sauce instead of the pre made pizza sauce cups. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Just as a heads up, Hungry Howies on Sashabaw is using DoorDash for deliveries. Not sure if other locations are too. When I placed the order I Was quoted 40 min to delivery when I ordered, 1 hour and 35 min later it was delivered. Cold, not in a warming bag, and I watched the delivery status via DoorDash and watched it go from Sashabaw store, to white lake rd/Dixie area, to waldon rd, to oakhurst, finally to be delivered. A total of 45 min just in the car. When brought to the door, no warning bag, the boxes and pizza are ice cold, and the driver was incredibly rude as she banged on our door. After looking at the breadstick box while putting them on the counter right after delivery, the sticker holding the box shut is torn like it was opened and the one on the pizza box was 1/2 way off the lid also. I called and spoke to the manager and got the typical “it’s DoorDashs fault, not ours but we will remake” which is great and I’m very appreciative of it. My main concern was that it was open but Now it’s 8:40 at night, no dinner, and if I want it remade; I have to go pick up (which isn’t a big deal just annoying because we are hungry). A pizza order turned into an over 2 hour ordeal. Manager was great. Just very disappointed that DoorDash is being used which resulted in my food being opened and cold.

Took almost 2 hours to get our pizza. We ordered at 615pm was told it would be 30 minutes. At 722pm my wife called and apparently you can be bumped down in orders..... Interesting to know that others have priority over others. We asked for a refund and were further lied to saying that wasn't possible and when my wife called the manager on that BS he offered a partial refund.... Never again
