Enjoy The Butterfly Palace by default, the guests' recommendation is to come to this restaurant as well. You can order perfectly cooked pork, onion strings and bacon and eggs. A lot of people point out that waiters serve good strawberry crepes, French toasts and flija here. You will be offered good cordial. This place is known for great cold coffee. IF U ARE ON VACATION DO NOT GO HERE!!!My goodness, all the negative reviews are correct.... all the waitresses are past retirement age and should not have so much work dropped on them. Speaking of staff, I have seen only 4 people, and this place is packed. Milk shake tastes like just milk. The building is cold. Waiting 45 min to sit Waiting another 45 for food. Watching people who sat after us get their food. Food made it to the table cold. And raw. The kids meal is two bits on a tiny plate. In all honesty this is the worst I hop I have ever been to and worse its location is in a tourist town Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came in to eat at 11:00pm and we were seated and put on a waitlist. Then they let people go ahead of us then let us go and forgot about us for about 10 minutes after letting people go ahead of us! When we ordered our drinks our waiter forgot them and had to come back. Then the people who got seated after us got their food and left before we even got our drinks. We order our food and our waiter forgets again, comes back and has us show him on the menu then still gets it wrong! We had 5 orders and 2/5 were wrong. Normally wouldn’t leave bad reviews and paid a decent amount to not get the correct thing/be ignored when they aren’t that busy. The building is also pretty dirty. Very disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend at this time. Also the servers were very nice but should actually train your employees before just throwing them out there. UPDATE: when my mom went to pay our waiter apologized and said he would be right back and left her then after about 10 minutes let’s her pay then said let me go grab your copy of the receipt to sign and left her there again and the manager came up and tried to make her pay again after she was standing there for like 20 minutes and wouldn’t listen when she said she already paid then went to ask our waiter who then confirmed. Genuinely very upset and angry. Also when we got to the car the only persons order who’s didn’t get screwed up one way or another said it was cold and tasted old. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Very accommodating considering my vast number of allergies. They checked on ingredients. Recommended alternatives. Came out and spoke with me directly. Prepared my food in a clean skillet separate from their normal griddle where they cook everything else all day. Food was fresh, hot, good flavor. Food wasn't good. Had to ask numerous times for the rest of our meal. The waitress didn't bring refills or ketchup even though we asked several times. The restaurant wasn't busy. Prices were higher than other IHOP restaurants we visited on trip. Waitress nor manager knew how to process a gift card. Will not recommend or visit this restaurant again on return trips. I was Very impressed with our waiter.He was taking care of half of the restaurant by himself.Assistingbwith washing dishes,etc. Even with all of the multitasking jobs he performed, his customer skills were remarkable.I believe he should be within a management position.Hevhad to work around others that did not work. At the end of our meal, he cleared tables, etc.A young woman with a horrible attitude came to our section with a bucket of very strong bleach water. She mopped through our section, along with others customers. She did not place Wet Floor signs. The waiter told her that he had customers in the sections. He warned us and others to be very careful as he directed us in an alternate path.Ourvfood was excellent.I wish that I could have giving him a bigger tip,he more than deserved it. Our waitress was trying her best to get to everyone & everything. Then, their system for payments went down. No one could pay online either. The food was OK. If I had to rate overall with having the thought of only 4 servers running the entire dining area, it would be 4.5 stars. Per my company, the Nashville hot melt sandwich had a questionable sauce. Just had a terrific server and a fantastic dinner here at IHOP in Branson, MO. Our server was Eneicea and she was so friendly and helpful with making sure my son’s pancakes were gluten friendly. Which was very helpful because we had a difficult time finding GF food for dinner tonight. We ordered the new Pancake Tacos and they were delicious!! We had a great time there! Waited for 40 minutes for a table which was fine. Proceeded to wait 2 hours just to get our meals. They forgot about our order and had to remind them of what we had. When asking for some type of compensation they gave us 15% off. Also when we said we didn’t even want our food anymore they proceeded to give us our food anyway and charge us for it! On a Sunday the restaurant’s dining room was almost half closed because 3-4 employees didn’t show up! This is happening all over so the wait list was full. The Manager was very polite and we waited outside for more room. The wait was @bout 20 minutes and he came outside to call us.once seated our server Jamie came quickly and she was fantastic! Had a great smile and attitude. Got our coffee and water and took our orders quickly. She came to let us our meals will be coming soon and when they came all were hot and were perfect. I really like their hash potatoes and were perfect. Even with short staff the crews did a great job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
