My youngest son and I eat here often. For the most part the servers are quite friendly and attentive, every so often you'll get a server that might be having a bad day or just doesn't like their job. Nonetheless, the restaurant is clean, the food is tasty and reasonably priced. But, most importantly I get to spend some one on one time with my son!! I didn’t order a side of hair with my food was so disgusted that I did not order again when asked if I wanted a replacement. I was not even discounted nor comp for the meal. I will not be back. Woof. This IHOP was not great or good but it was okay. The server we had was amazing really attentive and polite. Every other employee though screaming about who is calling off, how everything sucks, no idea what is going on, etc. The food was alright. Timeline of events: 9:30am - walked in 9:40am - seated at table 9:45am - order is in 11:15am - received food. Notified multiple times by our waitress that they should have double staffed for the holiday but that they were calling people in and 2 managers and a dishwasher were cooking and that they left our order on the other side when they opened up a second half of the kitchen so were were skipped by a couple other orders. Multiple people loudly and rudely complaining during our time there. Food was good but needed correction. They gave us one of our meals for free to make up for the time. *Note - absolutely no complaints about our waitress, she was very nice and couldn't control what was happening.* Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

It's your average IHOP. The staff is really polite and nice, the food CAN be decent, and it's been quiet the couple of times we have gone. Which now that I think about it can be because the food quality is just not something to jump up and down about. I do wish it was a bit cleaner (dead fly stuck to the window, flies in general. Everything is a bit worn down and could use a fresh coat of paint.

One of the worst places I've ate at. Service took an hr and a half because of someone quitting on spot. They had forgotten all about our tables. Then when the actual food came overcooked. Never got a refill. And started being all nice when the check came. Never again will I visit this location. A non busy time about 11 pm. The portion sizes were unbelievably small I had the breakfast bowl and my son had a chicken fajita omelette. We also ordered appetizer. Have never had an experience like this in my life. I'm 80. Food came in shifts. No complete orders at one time . Only partials. Seating is atrocious. It was totally chaotic. For a pancake house I almost had a heart attack when I saw the size of your pancakes. It fit inside of a small salad plate. Typical IHOP - no complaints. This is by far the busiest ihop on the west valley - and they handle it very well. Service is good, attentive, friendly- food is good as well and served expeditiously.
