Both Lego Imagination Center and IHOP are recommended for visiting. It's a pleasant experience to order nicely cooked hash browns, omelettes and steak & eggs. Nothing can be better than tasting good French toasts, crepes and belgian waffles. Here you can drink good americano or good juice. This restaurant with takeout food is good for those guests who like to have dinner in a hurry. The high ratings of IHOP would be impossible without the energetic staff. Fast service is something that people note in their reviews. Many visitors say that the dishes are offered for affordable prices. Most clients are loyal to this place because of the cool atmosphere. We had a wait of only about 5 minutes. The seating was great. Lots of people there and the service was still very quick. Staff was very friendly. Very clean restaurant. Great parking. Coffee was hot and delicious and the food was just as great as IHOP advertises it to be. Highly recommend! We have been here a few times and have never really had a bad experience. Love this place! Some of the staff were yelling across the room at other staff/customers. Although the food was good. My favorite part was receiving my hot chocolate. It was big and round with the greatness of whipped cream! I think next time though I'll go during the day or late morning. We walked in and loved the Christmas music and updated interior. One server walked past us twice and ignored us. We ordered takeout desserts for $26 and were told it would take 10 minutes. We went for a quick walk, came back and the order wasnt done. We waited for quite a while until we got a person's attention. She had no clue, asked her co-worker to check on it and no one came back to tell us. We asked if the ordered had even been started and another employee who looked like the manager said yes. I was so close to requesting a refund and cancelling the order. The guy went back into the kitchen to quickly put together the order, so clearly he wasn't truthful. No apologies or discounts from any of the staff. I am not confident I will be back! Seems like they are understaffed and not well trained in customer service at all. I was looking forward to trying IHOP for the first time. What a disappointment! Everything tasted fake, as though it came straight out of a box. It was a weird experience because everything looked so good on the online pictures. The hashbrown tasted like cardboard and the pancakes were tasteless. The best thing was the Service. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the quality of the food I received during my recent visit to one of your restaurants. Firstly, let me emphasize that I have been a regular patron of your establishment for quite some time now, as I have always enjoyed the ambiance and the friendly service provided by your staff. However, my most recent dining experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. During my visit on 10/22/2023 the veggie omelette ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of taste, I open it and found Ham inside. I called the waiter and instead of apologizing she had attitude saying what you want me to do. The dish was also improperly cooked and failed to meet the standard I have experienced in the past. Apparently, when you eat at Ihop in Bloomington, MN, you need permission to use the bathroom when you are a paying customer like you are in school. The restaurant smells really bad, the waitresses are like robots with no emotion and refills on drinks is not a thing but they are not struggling for business look how busy they are and then just to add icing on the cake, my order gets yelled across the restaurant if you can even call it that. It looks like an abandoned train station from the 1700’s and then there are the weird screams that doesn't belong there. The floor and tables don't look like they have been cleaned in weeks. Their syrup tastes like multiple condiments have been mixed together. The bacon and sausage taste like they have been sitting out for days. It was OK. Chicken fajita omelet was good but way too big, so took half home. $17+ dollars for some eggs is quite expensive tho! Restaurant could have been cleaner. Waitress had really bad makeup (looked like it was from the night before and slept in then she just rolled out of bed and came to work) and said things like "have a beautiful day" to all the non-white patrons, but we just got the check. No thanks at all even though we're polite and friendly people. Too bad we left a big tip already and couldn't take it back from the racist server. Also-IHOP no longer has butter pecan syrup!!! I make sure to visit IHOP in every state I visit. Menu changes by state and area sometimes, but the taste and quality of the service never changes. I got to try the Poblano pepper egg Benedict for the first time, and it was delicious. I prefer not to eat spicy at breakfast ing. It was pretty spicy, but I still have no complaints. Our server, Jonathan, was great. We went to the same location the next morning but there was a wait so we skipped. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disgusting food and coffee. You will find better food at a gas station. That’s the only thing I can say. Paid $15 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. What I got was a container filled with runny eggs all over everything (see photo). And they forgot the bacon? The coffee tastes like gasoline. Ugh.
