A lot of visitors say that you can have perfectly cooked omelettes, bacon and turkey here. Guests may order good crepes and tasty waffles at this restaurant. Clients don't like ground coffee at Ihop. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate reasonable prices. Enjoy the enjoyable atmosphere here. There was a roach walking on the counter. It was packed with people from the Katt Williams show. When we noticed the pregnant roach, we all left I recorded the roach. 2 staff members admitted they had a very bad roach problem. Wow. I was so disgusted. I hate eating out. The roach was up front in the lobby area.? Imagine how many were in the kitchen area. I'm livid, but I didn't eat there. Still mad though 😒 😤 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was amazing but service was the worst I’ve had in years. Allison G never came back and asked how things were going, if we needed drinks or anything until she handed us our check. This is not where you want to bring your family. My family and I drove a bigger van into the parking lot. As soon as we walked into the place a lady said we would get charged a gratuity fee. We only have 5 adults, 3 newborn babies , and 1 toddler. If you look online. IHOP does not require a gratuity fee, the lady that told us that and sat us at the table made the assumption that we would not leave a tip. After the manager asked the lady to apologize for making the assumption she stormed over mad and very rude. So my family and I will not be coming back here after the way we was treated. I came here for a late snack. I'm glad they're open 24hrs! The blueberry waffles were delicious. I didn't get my server's name, but he was very attentive and made sure my meal was okay. The food and service were both great! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Server was less attentive than we expected, our orders were wrong and we were charged extra when we asked for our order to be fixed. I had to ask for a mayo packet 5 times. I was ignored the first 3 times, given mustard the 4th time, and was told they were out of mayo on the 5th try, and we never got drink refills. Very disappointing experience, will not be back. Food and service was great. Disappointed that had to listen to country music, didn't want to cry in my coffee. Coffee was too acidic. This could be from not washing coffee pots often enough.I recommend tad of baking soda on top of coffee grounds before brewing to cut down on acid and keep pots clear of built up acid. Thanks. Dated interior but staff is very nice and good was good. Wish they would at least paint our something as you feel like something is going to stick to you if you sit down. Would eat there again though as seemed clean just felt old Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

So I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs which comes with pancakes and I changed them to the cinnamon ones which is an extra charge. Twice I’ve gotten home and had plain pancakes. I know I should have learned my lesson the first time and checked but I shouldn’t have to check if my foods correct. Someone is literally getting paid to do just that. Also the first time I ordered it was take-out and my roommate ordered as well. Guess what? They left out his pancakes. Didn’t even get them. So I used the website to leave a message of what happened and they sent an email back asking me a couple details about the situation and then nothing. Messaged them again and nothing. Since IHOP doesn’t want to make it right I’ll just settle and start going to the Waffle House across the street. Cheaper AND they get your order right. I still can’t believe that I was charged extra for something I didn’t get and IHOP just doesn’t care. I really enjoyed my meals there but their service is atrocious. We had a horrible visit. Our waiter was slow and it was only my table and one other. She never checked on us not one time had to Waite 30 minutes on a sweet tea and dr.pepper when we finally got our food not only was it not done right but we was not offered steak sauce or steak knife and the waiter told us they did not serve tarter sauce for the fish and shrimp when the menu clearly showed it did. I will not be BK.. most awful restaurant I have been to!!!!!
