Positive employees, delicious food (even reheated in case you took home leftovers), I never had to wait long because of the obvious communication and teamwork. Our server actually sounded so excited to promote the deal for the day that I almost felt compelled to change places and take her order. lol My only inconvenience was I brought my daughter, who just turned 14, hoping to celebrate it with the once popular restaurant birthday choir, but I guess they don't do that without advanced notice anymore. I went lake Havasu for the balloon festival and I went to come have breakfast here and the service was absolutely terrible. The waiter only came to give me some coffee they took my order and I was waiting more than 35min because they never brought my breakfast so I asked the waiter to give me the check for my coffee. Keep in mind that it wasn’t packed during the time I went. If they had 0 stars I would give that to them!. So I went to dennys and my service was great and fast. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this IHOP. Bathrooms, booths, and outdoor appearance were very dirty! I don't think we will be returning unless it's cleaned up. Food and service was good though. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good when we eventually got it. We waited about an hour and a half AFTER we were seated for them to make our breakfast. The server was nice and kept apologizing but my kids were literally crying because they were hungry. I’d like to say it’s because they were super busy but there were empty tables all around us. When we finally got our food, they brought my daughter the wrong pancakes, they were out of coffee creamer and we had to share a hot sauce with the strangers at the table next to us. We went here at the end out of lake trip. Friday at 8am. There were only two waitresses running the front, the tables, running food, taking the bill and our lady handled it great and with a smile. Food was good and hot. A little slow in the kitchen but not bad. Good menu as expected. Super fair priced. Good times! Will go again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ate here a few mornings during a recent trip and it was consistent. Food was cooked well, if a little slow one morning, service was average to great, and the restaurant was always clean. If you like IHOP, you'll like this one. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Update: They revamped the place with new interior. It looks amazing and has a fresh new feeling. The service is still good and the food is great. Love the new food items. Previous review: My wife and I love IHOP. Their customer service is good. We were seated quickly to our table and our waitress took good care of us. Their pancakes are like delicious treats to your taste buds. IHOP always has something new to try whenever we go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was on point. Brandy was amazing and on top of it. Haven't had mom out since the covid but she needed a day out and this was thre perfect start.. SPOKE TO SOON.. GOT THE BILL AND IT WAS 35 BUCKS FOR 2 BREAKFAST MEALS. MOST EXPENSIVE BREAKFAST I'VE EVER HAD..
