Customer service is horrible because of the manager (Maritsa Meneses). She messes up everyone’s orders and confuses, and frustrates the employees. She is not fit to be a manager because it seems she hasn’t been trained correctly. Please do better. Food: 4 Service: 1

When we got there, everything seemed packed. Small place. The server sat us down at a table that we couldn’t extend our arms to even cut the T-Bone and it didn’t even look like a T-Bone. It was very skinny meat. The food was not served hot. It was cold. The server didn’t write down the order and had to come ask what we ordered 2 times. We asked for ice tea and she gives coffee. She even gave us plastic forks when it’s suppose to be utensil that are tough enough to cut the meat. The blueberry tasted like it was old and so did the pancakes. There was a lot of defect with how the serving was for us. I asked for lime crepes filling and it didn’t taste like it. The sausage was burnt. I will never eat there again. Can’t rate the food; never got to order. Waitress sat at us at the front table, handed us menus, then went back to her own table around the corner to eat. Never came back. We waited 5 minutes or so, then left. I appreciate that servers deserve a break but either say something or have someone else cover your shift. Two employees present, neither working. Great experience for tasting the classic US breakfast, unfortunadely they didn't have all the product available but the personal was amazing and the food was great! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
