The food was good and delicious, and the server was very kind as well. The only thing is with the strawberry milkshake. In my opinion, I thought it was too sweet (but that’s just my taste palette idk 😭) but the everything else was amazing! The place was not busy. The food took a while to come out. But when they brought it out, it was delicious. Big portions and it was hot. Place smelled clean. I would go back. The management is extremely unprofessional and rude!! They don't understand the concept of customer service. There was a problem which could have been fixed but they didn't have the decency, or care enough, to return phone calls to resolve the issue. The service and hospitality is non existent. The restaurant is left in the hands of young kids who have no idea what they are doing and can't fill simple orders correctly. Go elsewhere... you can easily find much better quality of food, as well as a place that appreciates their customers business! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good service & atmosphere. I've been here twice with the second time being a disappointed by the fried fish. It was drenched with oil & with a strong taste of oil. It was mostly batter & very little fish. It made me lose my appetite. I wouldn't mind eating here again, but I just won't order this again, or anything deep fried for that matter. My husband and I stopped by here around 7:30am on a Sunday and there were only a few other diners at the time. It took a while to get a server to come over to our table. When someone did, he seemed less than pleased to be there, but granted, it was super early on a Sunday morning. We waited 20 minutes for a server! Place was dead, two rolling silver. Hostess/manager had no idea we were waiting so long. Food and atmosphere as expected at IHOP. Went here 2 separate times, and both experiences were unique. The first one was amazing, a bit pricy but quality food. The second one wasn’t, the hashbrowns and the bacon were VERY salty, I could not eat the second half. I hope they will take this into consideration! Food was very good. Love the onion rings. The staff was excellent. Went to breakfast early. Wanted a nice simple breakfast and got excellent service as well. I can't ask for anything else. We came with a large group, and the service was horrible. Half of our table got no silverware. Some orders were messed up, the servers seemed confused, and they lacked hospitality, friendliness, etc. They couldn't recall who ordered what and kept hollering to the table to try to get it sorted. I've been to many an IHOP and know what to expect in a quick turnover breakfast establishment, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had in one and my order wasn't even one of the ones that were messed up. Coffee without milk/creamer/sugars, no utensils, the wrong drinks, wrong food orders, lack of napkins, lack of service, it was just an overall disappointing mess leaving much to be desired. This place is big and all open inside. Pumpkin Pancakes were the best. Got them with a combo breakfast meal. The food was tasty and good. Ask them for warmed syrup, it's so good. The menu is pretty diverse and not just for breakfast anymore, you can get a burrito, a burger, fried chicken, a steak and more. Go in and check them out.
