8/28/2023 at 5:50pm CDT Me and another guest order 2 omelette’s with pancakes. I ordered the Bacon Temptation and my guest ordered Spinach and Mushroom omelette. Automatically you hear the cooks in the back complaining about cooking omelette’s. The server brings out the plates. The omelette I received had ham , peppers , onions , and was completely butchered looked more like a Colorado omelette. My guest received a completely wrong omelette as well without the Hollandaise sauce. No big deal but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The service is incredibly slow even when the restaurant is not close to busy. The wait time was close to 20 minutes to get a table and the time to order and get served food is close to 40 minutes even when it is not busy. The food was mid and somewhat cold when served. Would not recommend this restaurant. The new Nashville hot chicken and waffles is by far the worst dish I've ever had. The chicken texture is that of grainy sand.
