My family and I came here for dinner before the movies. Everything was good. Food was hot, and the service was fast. This is probably the best IHOP I have ever been to. It didn’t have that stinky aged smell that all the IHOPs have I was absolutely impressed! And the food was really really good. You could tell that the cook definitely put his heart into his preparations. I recommend the eggs Benedict. They changed their menu so they have so many more options of eggs Benedict styled, meals. Fail. Food was a fail as was the customer service. We ordered curbside pickup. The food wasn’t even remotely ready on time ( 25 min wait after getting there). Then the girl had an attitude & told my husband he should have called . What’s the point of the app check in then? The food- no one’s omelet was recognizable as an omelet although it tasted fine. My side of fruit was a joke. Unfortunately I did not photograph the omelets. We were also missing condiments which was an issue since we were staying in an Airbnb. I HOPPED over to " the" restaurant that you/I can count on to serve me some of the best tasting stack of delicious any way I want them, but regular pan cakes / maple syrup are usually the millions of plain ordinary people like me prefer. The International House of 🇺🇸 American Pancakes and Maple 🍁 syrup 😋. Of we can forget the hot cup of delicious ☕️ coffee, glass of good cold fresh tasting milk and the 8 ounce glass of cold orange 🍊 juice. Yes, there's more on the menu for those of us who prefer steak and eggs / bacon and toast. Or how about them spoiler Omelets. If only we could twitch our noses and make that stuff just miraculous appear on our table, but it's not possible without the "Excellent " waite staff who that bring me and you what we want and need to make us happy. Pan cakes and Maple 🍁 syrup 😋 cup of Java with our very on pot of hot Java. Thank you, wonderful servers, for taking care of "me" when I have the special craving. Decent breakfast out. The restaurant is very clean and the service was friendly. I enjoyed having a vegan sausage patty option as I am vegetarian and don't eat eggs. Breakfast is a hard meal to go out for, and I'm glad I had this option. The fried potatoes were excellent. The grits were a bit bland but still good. Enjoyable experience. Tried to do a large order online and thur the app and it kept saying can't take my payment. I tried 2 different cards and it kept telling me to check my payment method everything was correct. I tried this for over 30 min. Of course the restaurant want give you the same online deals because it's only for online 🙄. Hate going in because it takes so long to get your food. Last time we was ther just me my mom and 2 kids and it took an hour. The food itself is usually pretty good but not worth waiting an hour for.

Jasmine Haywood was an amazing Waitress. I told her that I only had a limited time for lunch. She made sure I received my coffee and and 2 eggs really fast. She even went back in the kitchen to mix in some milk for me. I was able to pay her at the table as well. If you go, ask for her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have not eaten here in over a year because of the wait, food was ok but there was better down the road. Today was a different story, even with the place almost full the wait was short for a table, food came out quickly and tasted better than before. The staff did a really good job. Fruit bacon & pancakes for the granddaughter, the split breakfast for me. Food was fast coming out of the kitchen, coffee was fresh. We enjoyed our brunch before shopping.
