I was there with my Son and his $5 gift card from school. The gift card was not working. Michele was in the counter , she took the card and proactively called their office to fix the issue. She came back after sometime and told me that there is some issue with the card, she handed over a new card to my son and told us she will investigate so that this did not happen with anyone else. Really really loved the gesture and the service she provided. This is called value added service . Thanks you Michele for your kindness

The burger and the fries were good but not worth all the hype. I was surprised they don't carry mayo which I honestly feel like it would've made the burger so much better. Didn't get greeted when we went to the counter. It seemed like the type of attitude you see when employees want you to hurry up and order already or like hurry up I got other things to do.
