We got the red velvet classic, confetti deluxe, and a chocolate lava cake cookie and all of them were tasty. The three cookies were more than enough for three people. Would go back and try some more. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered 18 cookies for a Superbowl get together. I ordered them at 2:30 to be ready at 5:30pm for pick up. I was notified they were ready via email so I went to pick up at scheduled time. I walked in there and it was chaotic. So many people had also ordered ahead and it was like the workers didn't anticipate making the orders at all and none of them were actually ready. Not much sense of urgency from the workers. People would walk in and order a cookie or two and get them immediately (I waited for 30 minutes for an order that was "ready"). First I was told we were waiting on chocolate chunk then the story changed to were waiting on oatmeal which says to me they were taking cookies out of my order to give to walk inside. Not cool. I have been there a couple times and the food is good however I feel they need more training on how to handle a rush and how to handle scheduled orders. I eventually had to problem solve for them and say give me any type of cookie instead of oatmeal I don't care because I'm going to be late for the Superbowl. So if you've got a sweet thooth this place is your goldmine. A plethora of sweets guaranteed to satisfy any sugar craving. Warm and fresh baked cookies all day and into the evening. There are some combinations that you wouldn't normally consider but luckily someone did. I would not have ever come up with banana crepe or blueberry cheesecake but both are delicious. Probably seems abit pricey at first considering they are just cookies but I think the fact that they are basically a specialty item that your just treating yourself to from time to time they are well worth it.

The service was terrible. The guy kept disappearing in the back while we were deciding and then again when we let another person go in front of us. They were out of the peanut butter deluxe cookie, which was a bummer, but the way the worker said it was more frustrating. It was just a lackluster "We're out." My family & I ordered a 24 pack of the mini cookies, while they got to our door within a half hour of ordering, they were hard & crunchy, almost over baked. Everyone was disappointed - wouldn’t recommend unless maybe you go in which is unlikely I’d ever do. Service Take out

I ordered off of Grubhub the cookies are amazing my favorite one was the s’mores cookie when delivered it was still warm I personally think the cookies here taste better than crumbl cookies I just wish they had the weekly new variety of cookies like crumbl cookie does that would be awesome Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I placed an order with them at 5:15 I called 45 minutes later to check the status of my order and was told it was being assigned to a driver and then would be sent out. Over 3 hours later I still don’t have my cookies. When called again they told me that it still wasn’t assigned to a driver! Needless to say I canceled my order, waiting over 3 hours for cookies is beyond ridiculous! The lack of communication was rude and unprofessional.

For $3 just expected a more robust cookie. Meh, it was good but for the size and texture, I couldve bought the Betty Crocker mix and threw a few more choc chips in the batter and been just as satisfied. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
