We were intrigued by the name of this place so we stopped in, not really ready for our afternoon meal, but we decided to eat anyway.
Pan is a Thai woman, married to an American and she spent about 20 years living in the states. While there, she eventually opened up an award-winning Thai restaurant. Due to family circumstances, she ended up moving back to Thailand and now she lends her cooking prowess to food of a more western character. One of the women she is training was on maternity leave, so Pan was having to most of the work herself.
We sat down in the dining room, located across the street from the northern part of Sam Roi Yod Beach. I ordered the ravioli and my wife ordered a wrap. We were also brought a salad which had fresh arugula from her own garden. When we were done eating, Pan asked if we wanted apple pie for dessert. But we had already eaten dessert, so we said we would come back. The restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so it was the following Wednesday when we stopped in for pie and coffee. The word "pie" does not do justice to this apple delicacy served a lo mode that reminded me somewhat of pie, somewhat of strudel and somewhat of a bear claw. When I commented on that, she said she could make strudel on another day if we wanted.
Pan had already done he turkey shopping for Thanksgiving. She also ships food all over Thailand. (Calls are preferred to messages.)
Awesome owner I think her name is actually Pan! She speaks Thai and English very well and super frienly. Come here for dessert. We had the chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and apple pie. So soft and chewy and deliiiiiicious. Very homey. I love it!
Fabulous food in a beautiful setting.
We rocked up as a vegan family, and the lovely Pan and her team made us a bunch of delicious meals.
Huge portions and delicious fresh flavours from local organic ingredients. Couldn’t have asked for better - oh, and it faces the ocean! Cracking place to stop if you are cruising down the coast!
We’ve visited Pan 3 times in the past 3 days, her service is warm and friendly. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family coming home.
Her food is fabulous, home cooking, attention to detail is her trade mark, I can not recommend her enough, we will be going for breakfast tomorrow.
Very impressed, Pan truly understands what "comfort food" is. Our meal was excellent, attentions to detail was amazing. Pan speaks perfect English and cooks American food to perfection and beyond. She is very creative and puts her own special spin on many of these classic dishes setting a whole new standard. Can't wait to try more of her dishes :-)

Pan Hollis is a true chef, her food is just the best we have had in Pak Nam Pran! She shops all ingredients fresh at the local market every morning and offers daily specials - her homemade food is just SOOO delicious! She will also cook whatever you wish if you let her know what you like. Pan is the most amazing lady, she will even share her cooking secrets with you. She offers cooking classes as well. Also the place to be for a decent Flat White coffee, homemade sweets and breads. Cannot wait to come back!
Great food. The owner is very friendly and offered me a salad and an amazing home made dessert. They also have lovely rooms available. Definitely an highly recommended place.
If you are looking for best food, best atmosphere, don’t miss this amazing restaurant.
