Very delicious Ramen and atmosphere is amazing. I can't say that rolls /sushi are so good, but I can't compare with another places in Mexico (country), only with the others countries , didn't visit much Japanese restaurants in Mexico. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tucked away behind an Italian restaurant. Large menu & wasn't sure what to order but landed on the veggie teppanyaki & a tuna hand roll. We had the perfect dinner here during our stay in Valladolid. If you want some really good Japanese dishes you should definitely visit this restaurant. A beautiful location, staff super friendly and helpful. A large variety of dishes and they all same delicious! Dairo, our waiter was super kind and helpful! Incredibly good sushi and sake based cocktails served in a beautiful garden setting by friendly and attentive staff. I dined here on a several occasions and everything was fresh and high quality. Every cocktail was well balanced and well prepared. A absolute must experience in Valladolid.

The only place in Valladolid to enjoy Tepanyaki. Highly recommended to share with friends or family. The restaurant opens at 1:30 pm and they have regular menu besides Tepanyaki. There is sushi! 🍣 and delicious coctails. Ah! you can order from the italian restaurant St Giovani in case you want to. They are together. I love it! The cuisine here was exquisite, in Mexico I've rarely met such delicious salmon. The cocktail carte was also interesting. The food serving was thoughtful and beautiful. But we've stumbled upon one major problem. INSECTS. Lots of flies and some mosquitoes. Flies were attacking us all the time right after the waiter had brought our dishes. It was insurmountable and screwed up all the experience here. When mosquitoes started to bite, I asked to bring a repellent. It helped with mosquitoes, but not with the flies, unfortunately. My husband told about this to the waiter, but he did nothing, just smiled. Before paying for the dinner, we asked to talk with the supervisor. We just wanted to share some ideas on how they could protect visitors from flies. The supervisor responded that almost nothing can be done because of food everywhere. It surprised me a lot, I mean how food can be even served if you have flies all around? Also we were disappointed when the supervisor asked how much tips we would like to leave. Man, we were explaining how we had been suffering all the dinner due to your failed service 10 seconds ago, and you don't even bother to offer some compensation. To offer to skip the tips would be the least compensation possible, I'm not talking about any other compliments. I've looked through other reviews, and there already were complaints about the flies. As a Sushi regular from north America this is my opinion: There were far too many rolls with cheese, many of the rolls used the same names that other Sushi restaurants use (a fairly common practice) wich leads to confusion as the contents of their California rolls are totally different from what we see in North America. As dissapointed I was to see that almost all rolls contained cheese I didnt each many Sushi rolls quite dissapointed, it's as if the restaurant owner is obsessed with cheese and decided it needed to go in all the rolls... -service was fast - ambiance was really nice -restaurant was clean - Sushi was very pricey.
