What a lovely place to have brunch, J.A.K's Café & Bar. Service was excellent, kai absolutely scrumptious, I had the brisket burger. It just melted in my mouth and was oh so tasty. Kāwhe was well made and really good. Atmosphere was perfect, good mixture of indoor and outdoor seating and really nice music selection. One the very best pancake stacks in NZ. There is definitely something special about the batter used. They were delicious! The other food we ordered was yummy as well. Our only disappointment was being given cherry tomatoes instead of grilled tomatoes with the big breakfast. The service we received from the lady working that day was great. She even offered us a free flat white. This place is a good place to catch a tasty bite in Coromandel.

We stopped into JAK's today for a coffee and snack. Cakes were good sized, reasonably priced and extremely yummy. Coffee was quite good too. Friendly and quick service topped it off. Great place really. Would love to try a burger here one day!

Unbelievable Pancakes 🥞 not only that. When I first got into Coromandel I needed a coffee & to unwind a bit. This morning I went back there & had the best (very generous size) Pancake stack ever.
