I recently had the pleasure of visiting J Michael Pub and Eatery on a Friday night, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! I didn't know they close at 1 am but I showed up around 1240. While I walked towards the door and employee was walking inside and I was stopped by her in the doorway stating "we stopped serving" followed by her without a second to react, literally slamming the door and walking away. It appeared to me she had also locked it but I did not try to open the door. From my view through the windows, there appeared to be 10 or so customers playing pool and finishing their night. I would have apologized for the misunderstanding on hours on my part and come back another day but I couldn't have opened my mouth and began to speak as she turned and Slammed the doors, locking them with customers inside, and walked away so fast. Zero stars for service.

Wish I could have had an experience with this place. Not sure the name of the bartender, but she is short and has brown hair. Got off work and was standing outside about to walk in and she ran to the door and slammed it saying they are no longer serving. I’m ok with a business wanting to close. But the sheer rudeness was mind boggling.

At J. Michael's, I was sure to find something delicious for me. They’ve got plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. I was excited to be serviced by our local neighborhood pub and eatery!
Great food and servers are awesome. Highly recommend coming for dinner or one of their various event nights such as trivia and karaoke.
If Guy Fieri ate here I think he’d say something like, “mmmMMM, brother! Now, that’s one burger straight out of Flavortown!” Or something akin to that I suppose. He’d be right of course because the Deluxe burger from their menu really is straight out of Flavortown. My wife highly recommends the Jalapeño Poppers but she did not appreciate my “childish humor” when I made a play on words by referring to them as “Jalapeño Poopers.”

I’m in town for training, and was avoiding traffic at rush-hour so I decided to find a local “dive bar“. The bartender greeted me enthusiastically, and provided amazing service. I’m a pool shooter, so worked on some drills. The table for recently re-felted, so that’s good, but if you have your own stick you definitely must bring it. Their selection of three sticks was below par if you’re any kind of shooter. The regulars there are friendly and welcoming, and I was able to pick up a game of pool pretty easily. Bonus points for having Space Dust on tap! This is my last day of training, and when the session is done I’ll be heading here to avoid traffic again. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.
Absolutely amazing burgers! So don't judge this place by its cover ESPECIALLY when it comes to it's food! Bar area is a little dated and worn down, place was packed and noisy (as there was karaoke going on) , we didn't stay for drinks, just ordered some burgers to go and oh man were they good! We'll try to get in again
