Very nice place, good food, very pleasant staff

Very poor service; we waited an hour to be served while others were seated after us and were served first. Our chilaquiles were dry and cheese was cold and hard by the time it arrived at our table. Waiters didn't follow up with us to see what other services were needed during our meal, and in fact we didn't even have enough silverware for everyone at the table and had to wait for them to be brought out. Won't visit again.

Just accept and eat what they give you. Food quality is average. If you are particular about how you want you steak, be very descriptive. They tend to apply butter and oil sparingly, so ask the waiter to put butter on the side for potatos and steak. Not the best experience you would expect, but it is what it is.
