This jack in the box has changed a lot in the last couple months. The food and service is great now. I was the guy who barely had enough change to pay for my 4 tacos. Great place, great people. Especially the nice woman from today. Wish i knew her name 👍 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly it depends on whether it's late at night or mid day. Because the service fluctuates based off of that. The food is usually always good except the fries. Clearly they don’t care about fixing any of the issues that are being addressed about this location because I went the other night around 7 and it took 30+ minutes to get my food and that’s not even taking into account how long it took them to finally take my order. Seeing past reviews tells me the issues aren’t fixed and they don’t care to do so. They have some bot auto replying to these reviews which doesn’t fix the problem here. This my first time here and it's ok for the most part. It's clean the staff is cool. They look under staffed though. But they are nice. In my book that's a plus ND my food was hot and not cold thank God 🙏🙌💯. If I come back out this way I'll be back .

It’s insane how long your order will take to come out. We’ve been waiting for 30mins in the drive through. It’s rare that their system isn’t down too. I’ve had that issue various times. Only reason we even come here is because it’s close to our house and is kind of a last resort: I always dread sitting in this drive through though. I swear sometimes they don’t answer at the window and just hide in the back. I wish something could fix this place! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Wait time was RIDICULOUS! I'm taking about 20 minutes+ rediculous! I went at night. The older woman seemed very overwhelmed. I think they only had 2 employees. 98% of the time, in the latter parts of Friday and Saturday nights, this location has issues. For example, "our system is down", "we are only taking cash", "we only have one computer working at the moment,". This location, on a consistent basis, has something wrong either with the employees per shift or complete negligence from the owner/management, I can't actually determine the result. Care about your restaurant. It's losing money. And those of us that are driving up, willing to pay, are backing out and spending money elsewhere because of either the laziness of staff or inoperable equipment at this location. Rude person at the registered. I asked her what was on my chicken sandwich and she was ugly rude and said whatever I ordered and would not take the time out to see if my order was correct.. then I asked the lady at the next window and she couldn't even answer. She did not speak English, and that was not the problem. They had to get a 3rd person to answer. Original 4a is not just a Mc crispy. She kept saying Mc crispy. I did not say a Mc crispy. I said an original. I wanted to know which one I was getting. Since they didn't know the menu or what comes on it. She stated whatever I ordered in a rude way and refuse to tell me what was on it.
