They should allow negative stars for rating it would be minus 5 stars. My wife and I go in there last week. No cars but 1 in the parking lot and 2 or 3 in the drive through. We order and sit, good time because the more people starting coming in. I realized people who came in after us was getting their food. So I went to the counter they double checked and said they must have given my order to someone else. Also said they would get my food out asap. By this time 25 min go by. Now I'm waiting on the order again. Another 10 min goes by I go back to the counter and they said it should be up soon. This pretty much killed my lunch hour and asked for my money back. As soon as the money transferred back to me then the food finally was complete. It's just food shouldn't let it get to me bur, for those of us that have jobs and a lunch hour it's hard to make up that time. Seems like a place like that never has a manager around. I went to Jack in the Box for an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger combo, with a curly fry and Dr. Pepper - Jumbo Jack w/Cheese - and 4 tacos. When I finally got to the ordering speaker after a 35 minute wait in line (I have photos with time stamps as proof), I was told they were out of the jumbo patties they normally use for those burgers, so they'll have to substitute them with their regular patties. When I finally got to the window 15 minutes later, I asked if I would receive any type of discount for the hour long wait in line and/or the burger substitutes, and I was told no. (I have video proof of this as well.) When I got home, I realized that they only gave me 2 out of the 4 tacos that I paid for. Then, realized there were no onions on my already substituted gross burger, and onions are usually my favorite part. The curly fries had obviously been sitting out for hours, they were stale and bland and should have been thrown away. I paid full price for substituted meals, and not even my full order, after waiting an hour for "fast food." I normally love Jack in the Box food, but this location has got to be the absolute worst location. Whoever the "franchise" owners are, are a bunch of jokes. The dining area has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, but you can see through the windows, and it's absolutely disgusting! Boxes, storage, trash everywhere. One of the workers was using the lobby as her own personal daycare for a little while there at the start of the pandemic. This place needs new management, or needs to be shut down so a restaurant that knows what they're actually doing can come in and take over the location. I am so disappointed. If you are in the Klamath Falls area, and thinking about getting Jack in the Box - DON'T! You'll waste your time and get gross, cold food served by rude people.
