At 6:20am on Monday 2/26 the lobby doors were still locked, staff inside just shrugged her shoulders, suggested the drive thru. I just got off the bus in front of the restaurant. Planned my breakfast here, hoping to start my day off with a delicious Breakfast Jack, oh well I'll have to go to McDonald's or BK. Service: 1

I always order on the jack in the box app. For those of you who want a good deal, download the app.. they have 2 tacos for $1, 2 jumbo Jack's for $5, and 2 for $3 breakfast sandwiches that you can only order on the app. The food always tastes freshly made and the wait times are always low. I'm surprised that this location is not always busy. The lobby is also open 24 hrs a day which is crazy. Only downside is all the homeless around there. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I normally order through Uber eats for this location and the food is generally okay but they get orders wrong and NEVER PUT CONDIMENTS IN. So annoying. I'm not talking about extra stuff, I'm talking about sauces that are supposed to come with food. Example: marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks, syrup with french toast sticks.

Crew was friendly and efficient. Food was done quickly and was fresh and hot ... This was a decent experience . Only thing that really irritates me is somehow a small combo ( sourdough jack sm fry and sm coke ) is somehow $9 and some change. Literally no joke I paid close to $10 for a small combo . Idk when fast food places more than doubled their prices but it's way outta line. Certainly not the fault of staff and management, they were lovely .
