Don’t be open 24 hours if you can serve fresh food or staff the place. I got a loaded brekfast sandwich on a split top bun. It’s 3AM. The eggs were hard as a hockey puck. Couldn’t get them down. Very hard to chew. It’s cold out. I had my window up I have a baby in the back. The guy at the window opened up the window this I started rolling mine down. He rolled his eyes and stared in to space gawking. I handed him my card and he made me wait til he was done throwing a fit and took my card. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GO HERE!! not speaking for all, im sure that there are some good employees here but the manager here was very rude, as well as the employee taking our food. we asked our order to be made fresh and then they replied with “well obviously” at the window we waited for our food and then asked for sauces and questioned who took our order and if she was a manager and then she flipped out. she said we were rude and snarky “that she was about to hop on the mic”, not the case because the employee who took our order kept asking multiple times for us to speak up so we did. then she went on to say “we don’t appreciate you asking for us to cook your food fresh at this time and at this point when we have no customers right now” and then we asked how we were being “snarky” and she just said “you just were” and then we asked “can we get our sauces?” she replied with “no.” before she slammed the door and locked the drive thru window. ordered a large fry and didnt get one, as well as the fries being cold and soggy. pleased to say this was the worst drive thru experience i have ever experienced, and to have them be rude to paying customers? i have worked in the fast food industry before and this was out of line. The Zephyr

I have been to this store at least 10 times in the last six months that I have lived in the Spokane Valley. At least half, or five, of those times I was not able to order anything at all in the drive-through. Three of those times was because the store was so short staffed that they could not take any business at all in the drive-through. One time, about two months ago, the entire crew managed to lock themselves out of the store, and no one had a key so they were effectively out of business as a result. The last time, which was just tonight, the employee told me that the manager walked out and didn't leave them with a till in order to accept cash or other payments! Putting aside for one moment, the sheer levels of incompetence and comical ineptitude that it takes to lock out an entire crew OR leave a crew without a till, more than once the staff in the drive-through was exceptionally rude. I presume that this location is owned by a franchisee. If I were Jack-in-the-Box corporate working with the local franchisees in the Spokane Valley, I would set up a mandatory meeting with that franchise owner, and I would give them one chance to fix all of these issues or else pull their franchise entirely. I believe that a great start would be to fire the entire management team and start over! This store has failed me so many times in the last six months that they are dead to me! For what it is worth... the Jack-in-the-Box store at 711 North Sullivan is great, and they will get all of my business from now on. Never in my life have I ever experienced a fast food restaurant that has so consistently and abysmally failed me on so many occasions... It is very sad indeed! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in to order food. Needed to use the bathroom first. The lady said no code to bathroom unless you order food first.. I find that very rude. I will never come to this location again. Pines and mission.. first of all we are not all drug users and they should have a little more respect for the people who come in and buy food from them because without the customer's there is no restaurant and no job for you to work at.... When I walk up to the counter, and the GM doesn’t even acknowledge me, then proceeded to get on her phone, completely, ignoring me. I’m sure if her other employees were to do that she would write them up attitude with flex leader ship, and she was completely unprofessional and fish, respectful.. funny thing is I work in the same parking lot and I’ll make sure to tell everyone not to go there. Unacceptable and professional. If it wasn’t for the sweet young girl to apologize, I will be calling corporate right now.

I used the app. I'll go ahead and rate that for you too, 👎!!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn't seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger. Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That's what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce... They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get) Service Take out

It is 2 October 2023, about 12 o’clock in the afternoon and I was picking up a DoorDash and there’s some girl in there with brown puffy hair saying that I couldn’t pick up food through the drive-through which I can because I’ve done it multiple times almost every single day She had a horrible attitude I do not know her name And was just very rude. She needs to check her attitude and know her fax before she even opens her mouth unless stated in your policy that I can not pick up food in drive threw then I definitely can I definitely will continue too do so!! She needs some more training cause she sucks!!!

I went to Jack in the box to get some breakfast for me and my boy after some work during lobby hours. I drive a large truck so I cannot go through the drive-thru. They refused to let me in to order even though the lobby was open. They told me I can go somewhere else, basically rude so I went to Carl's jr and they were awesome. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Go to the Argonne location, I have had nothing but problems at this one. And tonight they even lied to me. Trying to pass of a $3 cheese burger instead of my butter Swiss Jack I had paid for at $8.50.
