Ordered my food, and they gave me the wrong stuff not a big deal until I saw I think she was the manager take the fries out of the bag and put it back into the fries warmer and proceeded to dig her hand into the bag and get the rest out and throw them into the fries area WITHOUT ANY GLOVES!! Didn't say anything, but when I got home, my kids and my burger Buns were rock hard, and the lettuce they put on my food was rotten. Took 25 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. No one in front or behind me. Either being lazy or something. Fries were stale and cold. Burger was atleast warm but completely soaked in grease from something. Overall I had a great experience. They did forget the meat on my burger but the manager fixed it immediately and then forgot the curly fries I had and fixed it right then. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. Yes they messed up but they fixed a wrong and it was good jack in the box

First, I stood at the counter for a minute waiting for someone to take my order. When the young man finally noticed me, he told me I have to place my order at the kiosk. When I completed my order, there was nothing on the kiosk telling me to pay at the register so I askedhow to pay. He said Oh! You pay here. I picked up my order and When I tried to eat it, the croissant was stick, globby and bland. It's been years since I went to Jack in the Box. I won't return again. Used the drive thru, so no atmosphere review. The food itself is far more than "just another burger place" to me and the family. It's option 1 when we desire fast food... without a doubt. Everything from the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich to the Jumbo Jack has never disappeared. Not convinced, just try a shake, you'll see what I mean... they're just, better than anywhere else. An employee with tattoos on his right fore arm came out of the back door and screamed "mask mandate" and then slammed the door. Then he came back out to take the trash out and was screaming like a crazy person as he walked to the dumpsters. There was no one around and i just drove up. The other employees seem pretty good. But that one dude is insane! If he wants to yell at some old guy about wearing a mask, i can understand that, but they should have it posted on the door, in your face.. and NOT scream insanely in front of other customers in public.. appearances are everything. Everyone stay away. The 3 restaurants or Wendy's across the street is better. (Pictures show no signs posted of the mask requirement)

Worst jack I've ever been too They close their lobby when they get busy... Like what?why? Doesn't male sense never heard of an establishment that doesn't like money or to be busy Bad stop lady named savanna thinks it's okay definitely change who's in charge because this is sad I'm a truck drive... am I suppose to go thru drive thru... thats not gonna work. If this is your idea jack this doesn't make sense and definitely change who ever made this idea don't come between 1130-1 (lunch hour) because they won't let you enjoy a meal you want! I’m pregnant and was reallyyyy craving a specific item here. Googled to see if I could make it before they closed and ah yes!! I could make it by 9:55!! I hurried, ran out the door and took the late night drive excited to satisfy that pregnancy craving. Got to the drive through right at 9:56 YES! Oh but wait… all the lights were off… hmm the lights inside were still on. So I parked and tried to open the front door. Locked. 2 guys were at the counter. Oh! They’ll probably let me in and make one last meal for the night… But guess what they do - look at me with fear in their eyes… and run to the back to hide so I don’t see them. So I’m standing at the door realizing I drove all that way for nothing. Pregnant lady denied 10/5/23 is when this happened btw
