Ate inside the restaurant and had a very good experience. It was very clean and well stocked. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger which was full of flavour, along with the curly fries. I also ordered the Cluck sandwich, which wasn’t bad but I found it to be dry. I can’t wait to go back! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Stopped in for a quick bite and ate only car so can't comment on anything other than the drive thru service and food. Both were excellent. Had onion rings that were so fresh and hot my tongue is still burned a few days later but that's my fault. Bacon ultimate cheese burger was really good. Stopped off for a quick bite last night on the way home. The restaurant was very clean and the food came hot and fast. The three people working were very positive and friendly. Despite the steady stream of drive thru orders they provided above and beyond customer service and remained upbeat and smiling throughout. Overall a great fast food dining experience that exceeded my expectations. Awesome milkshakes too. Ordered a small vanilla milkshake which was almost 7 dollars, and after I paid I could hear the employee saying don’t bother mixing it it’s vanilla. So they hand me basicly a cup filled with ice cream and a straw and I’m just kinda sitting in my car like what the heck do I even do with this right now so I looked at the reviews for this jack in the box and it seems other people have had similar or worse experiences Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could like this place more than I do. Whenever I dine in I always feel like I'm not welcomed somehow? The staff are cold and uncaring, and while I don't have high expectations of a chain restaurant, the food is always subpar compared to Jack in the Box's usual. I also believe they substituted my drink without my permission and I didn't correct them because, again, there really isn't a good atmosphere for that to begin with. Really, the only upside of this place is that the dining area is squeaky clean? I don't know, but I will try to lessen the frequency of my visits if I can help it. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The parking lot is home to a large homeless population of cars and people and an unkept dumpster. It makes this Jack in the Box appear visually to be located in the middle of a fresh kills dump site. This place is the worst! 25 minutes in the drive through. Only one car in front of me (10 minutes to even get my order taken). Unfortunately once you pull into the drive through you’re stuck, otherwise I would have left. Half the menu screens are missing. The girl didn’t give my change back initially. Ordered two breakfasts jacks… easy enough. After waiting several minutes at the window my food was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted (shredded not a slice). This place is a real dump. Given all the negative reviews I’m shocked it’s still open. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

First off I want to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the customer service. This was my first experience at Jack in the Box and I was very interested. As I came in I noticed that the dining area left a lot to be desired with the level of cleanliness. Also I think an open kitchen is a bad idea for them because it also is not looking so good. We ordered from the dollar menu and maybe that was a mistake. The taco was pretty rough, but the worst was the fish sandwich. Halfway through it started tasting really bad, we couldn't finish. The chicken nugget slider was ok but I wouldn't order again. I was happy with the amount of fries but some of them tasted undercooked. We finished about half of the food before giving up. So unfortunately I can't give a good review here.

Terrible lol. Like 0/10. An order for 2 took 52 minutes to get our food. Once we finally got our food, the fries were cold and soggy, the chicken nuggets were dark (old oil) but undercooked and mushy. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but seemed under and poorly staffed. There was 6 groups of people waiting to get their food and we watched one worker leaned against the fryer yawning and texting on her phone. The manager in the Grey polo and jeans didn’t do a single thing while we were there. We watched him walk around the kitchen without touching a single thing. Lots of food to make yet he’s walking around doing nothing. He walked past his staff to the back room to likely sit on his phone lol. After waiting for 45 minutes I saw him FINALLY put some gloves on. We thought to ourselves, wow he’s finally going to help his team….NOPE. He was making food for him to take to his car in the parking lot and eat 😂 Saw a staff member come in for her shift, and when walking into the kitchen nobody looked at her or said hello. Nothing. That tells you how they treat each other and the morale of the kitchen. And I forgot to mention that it’s overpriced. McDonald’s is better quality for less.
