Worst tacos I’ve ever had… ordered 12 tacos at 2:30 AM and every single taco had no sauce, no cheese, barely any meat. We basically paid for just a shell. Absolutely horrible… the lady who took our order was very rude and rushed to get our food done so she could go smoke in the parking lot… Will not be coming back to this location. I'm not sure how jack in the box stays open nowadays. Every time I go after hours its bad cold food and attitude. Yo i didn't do anything to you, why start off like you want to fight. Just close and operate normal hours your overnight staff is the worst. Most of the time the system is updating or they block the thru. Why am I the only one in the drive thru at 2am but waiting 10+ minutes for my order to be taken. I have not been to a jack in the box in years and my experience last night comfirms why. We love Jack in the box late night poppers, egg rolls and tacos no one makes them quite like any other! Oh, and let's not forget about their awesome curly fries! We love Jack in the box and he would be sorely missed if you no longer existed. Also we love the large size drinks. The Jack munchie box sucked. Burger burnt and cold. Curly fries and onion rings (which I got the minimal amount on both) were harder then a rock. The drink was supposed to be a coca cola... DON'T GO HERE!! The worst hamburger I have ever had. Dry as a Hockey Puck, NO TASTE whatsoever. I was the only one at the counter and it still took 5 minutes to take my order. I WILL NEVER BE BACK, SOOOO BAD. Dear Owner: What makes you think I would be STUPID ENOUGH to waste my time and money to come into your resturant and try it again after only a few days. I dought that anything has changed, PLUS you did not offer to give me my money back on the bad experience that I already had. How dumb do you think I am? Very slow even for small, easy orders. Food is never great, just ok or really bad. Employee in drive thru is extremely unpleasant, and pretty rude. Burgers are cold, burnt and feel like they were made days ago and they just throw it in the microwave real quick. They also have a habit of forgetting items. Waited at in line to get to the speaker box for 15 minutes to be told they are out of Tacos after we asked for tacos made specific we could see in the open back door to the employee clearly making tacos WITHOUT gloves on to be stuck in line to get nothing for another 15 minutes

Normally I love this Jack in the Box, but today was the last straw. On 2 previous visits in the drive thru I have ordered egg and cheese wraps, specifically stating no bacon and have gotten bacon. This morning I gave it one more try. Ordered an egg and cheese wrap stating no bacon also mentioned that my 2 previous orders had bacon and I did not want bacon. The person at window lacked ALOT in personality to the point of being rude. Got my food, got to work and opened my wrap and guess what --- BACON. Ridiculous. Never again! Food: 2 Service: 2

Trust me when I tell you that no all jack in the boxes are created equal. This one, however, did a wonderful job making my food 👏 . It came to me hot 🔥 it didn't seem overcooked or left out to sit and they did everything I asked them to do as far as the extras I ordered. So to you I say WELL DONE!!!
