Ordered big jack burger meal and chicken wing. Chicken was dry like jerky, burger was dry, cold, and had no cheese on it. Fries were soggy not crispy and had very little salt. Price was good but now I see why Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I love Jack's. They have good burgers and fried chicken. Their fries are unique and seasoned with a thicker cut which I like. I also enjoy their shakes and pies. I have had their breakfast a few times and it's yummy too! My new favorite fast food spot for sure. We wanted to give Jack's a try & WOW.... its really nice..👍 I'm talking "eat off the floor" clean. The menu is easy to figure out AND no lie, they have seriously good prices. I had the 🥞 pancakes & 🥓 bacon & Mr Man had the grilled chicken 🐔 🥗 salad. Both were really good. I noticed lots of people were ordering the breakfast plates too, they looked 😋 yum worthy... Give them a try, oh and the 🧒 👧 children's menu looked good too... Tonight was our second time eating at Jack's in Petal & it is most definitely our last. The chicken was not cooked completely & several pieces were still almost raw as you can see in the photo below. We had to microwave the few pieces we did eat to finish cooking them. People get severely sick from eating undercooked chicken & they should know better than putting this in someone's order. I'm sure there's a set time for them to cook their chicken which obviously was ignored tonight. If I could leave negative stars on this review I would but I'll have to settle for 1 star. We're going back to Popeyes from now on.

1st and last time going. 10:30 am and fries as well as the chicken tenders were luke warm. Under Par for sure. My milkshake was running down into the cup holder they brought it out in. No ketchup in the bag after requesting a handful for my children. Not impressed at all. Spare yourself the trouble. Keep driving. Far more suitable options to choose from. Make sure to read your receipt!. Was charged for a drink I did not ask for. The cashier just starts handing me a drink I explain I didn't order a drink. She continues to look at me blankly as if I didn't say anything. The manager comes up I explain again and she starts to offer another drink. i explain I didn't ask for a drink in the first place, but she persists. I say ok I'll take a lemonade. They ignore that and keep asking me if I want sweet tea. I tell them no 3-4 times. They also assured me the drink came with both me and my wife's meal. It did not. We were charged extra for both drinks and she even received another charge for one of her sides that was supposed to be apart of the meal. What was supposed to be a cheap meal turned into $20. Finally got our food and it's not even warm. Very very disappointed. And it's very worrying how many others may have been unknowingly charged for "Included Things". The chicken was fabulous and will return. The pricing was very family-friendly. The 8 PC with 2 sides and 5 biscuits would have cost triple in the Midwest. So, so good!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 2 piece white meat chicken dinner with diet coke.......after I paid the cashier said oops we out of diet coke, so I said give me water, diet coke was not taken off my bill, the lady behind the counter said do you want a leg we are out of breast, I ask could I get two wings, she said no, we only have one left 😕. Food was decent. Chicken sandwich just had pickles on it. They should tell you what is on it and ask what would you like on it. Fries are good. Girl working the register was pregnant and didn't want to be here. This place may not make it unfortunately Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
