The staff is really attentive and make you feel welcome. Games play nicely and you can average at least 1 bonus per hour of continuous play. Bingo is fun but make sure you yell really loud, otherwise you may have to split your prize.

I enjoy the employees who work there. Excellent personalities, customer service is always top-notch. Friendly safe atmosphere. And the TVs to watch the games are big The restaurant is a great value and great food by a great family

Ate at Italian restuarant. Bread was good, served with olive oil and vinegar. Server sold us on a special but then delivered the meal with the ingredients they raved about missing! The main meal was "okay" at best. The side salads were well worth the price and tasty. Clean environment and nicely decorated. No smoke smell in dining area.

Just a quick layover in Fernley, stopped to use the restroom. EVERYONE was gracious, smiling and welcomed the obvious stranger! REFRESHING!!! Hole in the wall feel, but renovated, and updated tastefully, will become my go to when the odd Fernley run crosse's my plate....

Jackpot Crossing is a great casino that also streams athletic events, like the Pro Fights, on several large screens. The casino area is open and spacious. Thru the casino area you will find the entrance to Las Palmas Mexican restaurant. They have great food and daily specials. It is a very good nice environment all the way around.

Restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Bar has a small menu, had the nachos 1/2 order, they were pretty good, hubby had the burger and fries and said the burger was good. Draft beer always a plus.

Worst customer service ever received by employees in a casino. Walked in here after 1 am to play some machines. Went up to the cashier cage and asked the attendant if they had a particular slot machine that I liked. He shrugged his shoulders and mumbled "never heard of that one". I thanked him for his help and he replies "yup"! Went to the bar to get a drink and some change for the machines and was ignored by Amy the bartender who sat at a back table behind the bar without even coming up to me and helping me, and when she did come back to the bar she ignored me and never acknowledged me. I walked out of here immediately and took my business elsewhere! Will never return here as these employees need to find other jobs as they exhibit no customer service skills whatsover! Also I found that the majority of the slot machines here are so ancient and out of date with no newer slot machines on their floor like you find in other area casinos! So very disappointed in my visit here!!!

Great little spot to stop and waste a few minutes if you have the time. I was there early am on a Sunday I think. Staff was really friendly.
