We enjoyed a very nice evening here. The food, the wine and the service is excellent. What really stands out is the salmon dish with serano-chillie sauce, I loved it. And there is a second thing which stands out: the unsurpassable service. 10 minutes after we left, the service personal called us (via the phone number we used for our reservation) and said that I accidentally payed to much. Because we already were in the Taxi, we asked them if we can pick up the money the next day, this was no problem. The next day we picked up the money. Thanks again for the great food and the great service.

I have not yet had the time to stay here since the Hilton added it's name and money to it to make it a very handsome hotel in our neighborhood. This is a beautiful neighborhood in the Guadalajara/Zapopan border near Expo Guadalajara. As a business owner 2 blocks away, it is a plus for this already pretty and safe area of Guadalajara proper!

De la mano de los chefs Poncho Cadena (Hueso) y Gil Covarrubias traen un gran concepto culinario al Hotel 1970 Posada Guadalajara de recién adquisición por parte de Curio Collection by Hilton. De diseño regional-contemporáneo el restaurante te endulza la vista al llegar al patio cubierto del hotel. El servicio es excelente, su personal es altamente capaz, amable y dispuestos a hacerte pasar una gran experiencia. Los platillos tienen una presentación excepcional, jugando con colores y elementos de la cocina local tapatía, que si bien son sencillos, logran una fusión exquisita al paladar. El único "contra" fue que en mi visita, el postre perdió toda su presentación al estar derretido el helado, lo cual significa que lo dejaron bastante tiempo en barra esperando. Son cosas que pueden mejorar. En fin, es un gran lugar y como experiencia vale la pena, tanto para locales como extranjeros. Precio aprox. por persona: $400 pesos mxn
